Pros:Everyone was very nice & accommodating.
Cons:The flight was delayed multiple times while I waited in the airport with my 8-week-old daughter crying on & off until the plane took off finally at about midnight. I should have been home with her sleeping before we even took off. I didn't land until 1:40 AM.

Cons:We boarded and started to taxi only to be brought back to a different place because of a malfunction. They couldn't tell us how long it would take to fix and made us stay on the plane or right next to the gate with little to no information until they figured it out. Very frustrating.

Pros:Staff was attentive.
Cons:I paid $39 extra for "Economy Plus" so I could have extra leg room due to a recent knee replacement. I was on crutches. My seat was exactly like the rest in the economy section, with a seat directly in front of me. I did write to customer service on line when I got home, asking for a refund. No response yet.
