The owner is very nice, he let us the room in the early morning 7am. We can took a rest before sightseeing. The water is hot & strong.

Mr. Orhan is most kind hotel owner and understanding. This aspect of lodging should not be ignored when you choose to stay at Goreme, the snobbish tourist town where most service people are concerned with nothing but money. It is a budget hotel for independent travellers who are seeking for peace of mind rather than luxury and comfort.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had the chance of staying in one of the cave rooms and enjoyed it. The location is excellent.

All the other things: (1) sound isolation is a catastrophe, one can hear all the surrounding rooms neighbours as well as the noise from the outside; (2) the owners' English has a lot of room for improvement, very hard to discuss and negotiate things; (3) bed matrasses are awful; (4) no shower cabin; (5) our room were not cleaned for the whole 3 days we stayed
