Pros (+) I was in a rush when I first came to check in. One of the staff said he would take care of the bags and I could finish my check in when I returned. When we returned a few hours later, check was quick and bags were delivered to our room. Then when we needed help once again at the front desk someone assisted us right away and got us the information we needed. Customer service was excellent. Water pr...
Cons (-) Found a few hairs in the bathroom that were not ours (sink, bathtub). Standard Room was a bit small with our bags opened up and the washroom was tight as well. We were there on a Friday night and stayed up pretty late but when we decided to call it a night, we could still here a lot of noise from the street. Disadvantage of being in such a good location close to everything.

Pros (+) Very nice hotel in a fantastic location within walking distance to everything.
Cons (-) A lot of street noise n mattress was very hard not the luxury mattresses you would expect in this type of hotel. But I would certainly stay here again.
Pros (+) Apart from the windowless room issue, this is a nice hotel in a good location, right at the edge of the old city. The hotel has a parking at the adjacent building, but it can fill up very quickly on busy periods, so it's worth checking beforehand for alternate parking (very few garages around the old city) .
Cons (-) Reserved a standard room, but when I arrived at the hotel (on a very busy weekend), it turned out, to my surprise, that my room didn't even have a window (there was something that looked like a window, but it wasn't a window and couldn't be opened).
