Excellent 10.0
I went to the Grand Canyon to take pictures, and nothing beats staying within walking distance (even for an old man like me) of the chasm. We stayed in one of the lodge complexes and even had an elk grazing next to our window. If I go back this is the place I'd stay in again.
Good 7.6
But they're located right inside the park, so you have to pay extra for the privilege of not driving 1hr to hikes.
Excellent 8.0
Very convenient. Love this place!
Okay 4.8
These rooms are old and desperately need a major update. The only advantage is being in the park when you wake up. But there’s no where to get a good meal. Only microwave heated food. It’s way too overpriced for not even having a view. If you are above the first floor, there are no elevators. Be ready to haul luggage upstairs. This is my second time to stay in the park. It will also be my last!
Excellent 9.6
Two of us got a double queen room to stay for two nights. Lee we’re overly impressed with the cleanliness and aesthetics of the room for a two-star motel-like room. The beds were comfortable and temperature was great. It was nice to have a place to relax and take a hot shower after hiking. Towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and lotion are provided. Only downfall is that the rooms have a small fridge but no microwave so you can’t cook or warm up food or any kind. There is a microwave located at the main yavapai lodge but you’d have to plan ahead to use it or just buy warm food and take back.
Excellent 8.0
There are other lodges at the grand canyon which are more popular and luxurious but Yavapai was great. It's a little bit further away from all the buzz so you do get the feel like you are in the woods/forest a bit secluded from everything else. Food at the dining room was delicious, compliments to Justin the chef and Tejo the waiter! Friendly staff and sure, a bit expensive for what it is (food not included in cost) but you can't beat the location if you are going to spend a few days at the Grand Canyon. Room was clean and roomy.
Excellent 10.0
We travel frequently to Grand Canyon and always try to stay at Yavapai. The rates don’t empty your wallet and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We are retired and recommend Yavapai Lodge for other retired folks. A bonus is it right across the way from the General Store and Market.
Excellent 10.0
short hike to rim, next to Yavapai tavern, the market, bank, and post office. Shuttle bus stops at Lodge. You can park your car at your room and forget about it during your stay.
Excellent 9.6
King room w sofa is great. Plenty of light. No wifi in rooms but cell works fine. Close to market and shuttle. Quiet. Would stay again.
Excellent 8.0
Basic clean room convenient to touring the park. Limited eating options.
Excellent 9.6
Great place to be away from the Bright Angel crowds. Very peaceful at the East Lodge with windows open all night. Nice little Ponderosa Pine view. Shuttles are very convenient. The staff was extremely polite, helpful and nice. They are truly doing their best with the COVID mandates. This is a lodge in the mountains and one should not expect more from it.
Excellent 9.6
Walking distance to to rim. Loved being inside the National Forest. Grocery store, the restaurant in the lodge was great, the staff was very kind and helpful, and great coffee shop at the visitor center. Made for the perfect stay!
Excellent 9.2
Clean, handy, confortable
Mediocre 3.2
I ordered coffee、cream and toilet paper during my stay in the hotel but I did not receive them even I left the hotel after 3 days. The bed was not clean.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Quiet, in the park super close to the general store, restaurant, and the South Rim. Clean and comfortable. Perfect for what we were looking for in the park.
Cons: Whenever neighboring rooms let their doors slam it literally rattled all the doors making it sound like someone was knocking on our door.
Good 6.0
You are paying for the convenience of being in the park so don’t expect anything grand. Bedroom was actually roomy and clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom was old and and looked like it could use a deep cleaning but tolerable. Due to Covid, meal options here and throughout the park are limited. Right now shuttle service is limited so expect to walk or drive to other parts of the park.
Good 7.2
No wifi in the room, something you don't experience in any of the hotels these days.
Good 7.6
I stayed at both the Thunderbird (good luck finding close parking) and the Yovapai. The Yovapai seems older- no tile on bathroom walls and a/c units may be noisier, but it’s as clean as the Thunderbird. The beds are comfortable and parking is abundant. It’s next to the general store which was a biggie for me.
Okay 5.6
Cons: It was build in the mid of last century and it shows. Felt like a motel 6 in the 80ties. The reception stuff in the main building gave us a free coffee ticket to redeem at a next door market, blame COVID! No wifi in the building where our room was located, you completely cutoff from the outside world. No service anywhere around. Pros: proximity to the rim, central heating, clean sheets.
Good 7.6
Great location, clean, comfortable room. It was perfect for the two of us. LOVED the bath and body works Stress relief bathroom products, especially after long days of hiking! Appreciate the free coffee. Hoping the dining hall opens soon!
Okay 5.6
Toilet was broken and wouldn't flush. Because of Covid - no coffee pots in room. Lodge gave coupons for free coffee at Deli - which didn't open until 7AM. None of the restaurants or bars are open at the South Rim due to Covid. Check-in line was extremely long and nothing is automated. Felt like we paid a higher price for this room because the park was full and very crowded.
Good 7.6
Can’t beat the in the park location, but the building and rooms are very tired and a bit beat up.
Good 6.8
The place does not even provide a basic coffee machine in the rooms to make your morning tea or coffee. Have to drive to the check in area to find the Only microwave available on the property.
Mediocre 2.0
We ended getting stuck in a snow ditch in flag staff on the way there. The snow stopped our travels. I couldn’t get a hold of someone
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved this bare essentials stay. Grocery store on site, tiny fridge, perfect location.
Good 7.7
Pros: Location was excellent. Was great to be right in the national park.
Cons: Beds were not very comfortable. We were in the rooms that had not yet been renovated.
Okay 5.7
Pros: Inside the park.
Cons: other people entered our room in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. This was quite disconcerting and unacceptable. Apparently DNC had double booked the room. They have tried to make up for it, but it should have never happened.
Okay 5.4
Pros: Great location.
Cons: Room wasn't ready until several hours AFTER listed check-in time because management had not staffed the cleaning crew properly. Management offered NOTHING to compensate. Food is awful and expensive ($15 for buffet that only featured powdered eggs) We wouldn't stay here again until new ownership/management.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: For a hotel "in the park," it was reasonably priced and very convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised at how nice it was inside the room. It was not just "state park" basic, but definitely a step up. Breakfast was included in our rate, and it was easy.
Cons: If I had known how nice it would have been to be on the rim, I would have kept trying for a room in one of the hotels there and been willing to pay more for it too.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great Nature. Great Park. Excellent hikes. Scenic views. Cozy rooms. Wonderful place to spend a weekend getaway from the city and office to natural wonders of the World.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location was great. Good proximity to the visitor center and the the south rim drive.
Cons: The rooms have aesthetically been updated, but corners were cut. Poor taping job. Missed paint in our room after a towel bar was moved to a new location
Okay 4.8
Pros: Proximity
Cons: Poor value. Basic rooms, no internet, limited to no cell service. If had known would not have booked. Stay in Tusayn for better value and amenities.
Excellent 8.2
Cons: The booking agency, bookit.com
Excellent 9.1
Pros: From check in to dinner and drinks, the staff was personable, friendly and engaging. Prime location!
Cons: Don't expect hot food in the cafe ten minutes before closing... Our fault completely, and the cauliflower was delicious.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Beautiful room. Great location. Clean.
Cons: No wifi in room. Sterile, corporate lobby. Cafeteria style restaurant. No continental breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is amazing. The room was lovely, spacious, quiet and in a great location close to the rim. A fabulous family destination - the weather was kind and the location beyond words.
Good 7.4
Pros: The stairs were covered with snow very hard to maneuvers. The coffee pot was broken

Excellent 8.0
Cons: Some noise from the hallways.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location was great with easy access to restaurants, visitor information center. Short 5 minute drive to the park. Facilities were great and well-maintained. The indoor pool and hot tub was perfect to relax after long days of hiking in the canyon.
Cons: Due to covid, there was shortage of staff. The property needs maintenance especially bathroom(s). Closet doors were creaky and did not close easily.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: it is an amazing property with a great pool area! The only thing what could be better would be a Connecting passage to the buildings.
Good 7.0
Pros: facilities and location were ok
Cons: the property did not mention that the rooms are in different building. also they did not clean the room and did not tell it in advance that this is there policy because of COVID 19
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location to the Grand Canyon was the best thing about this hotel. Also, the dining attached to the hotel was good.
Cons: Rooms very outdated, dingy, dark, cave like, dust on A/C, A/C was falling apart but it did work. Staff at check in very cold especially since it was a third party booking. Not made to feel welcome after a very long drive.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Very old and out of date
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and very clean! Our room was huge and very comfortable! There are tons of amenities for anyone of any age! Location was perfect and loved the town! Breakfast was very good as well. We loved staying here and will definitely be back!
Excellent 10.0
Our room is large, clean and the beds are very comfortable. Very happy with this stay.
Good 6.0
Pros: Spacious room.
Cons: It was warm inside.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The close proximity to my destination.
Cons: The motel like exterior doors. The fact the room advertised was different from what we got be cause we had a small dog.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Several amenities and great location
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very clean property with upgrades and great location.
Cons: They could offer a discount at the attached restaurant
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It¿s about two minutes from the Grand Canyon. It will be cheaper for you to eat breakfast here than to get some at McDonald¿s. Dinner is ok
Cons: The tiramisu. Whatever happens, don¿t order it
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location is very convenient to the Grand Canyon. The room was fine - about as good as you're going to get in Tuscayan.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location close to park
Good 7.0
Pros: The location to the Grand Canyon entrance and to some restaurants and general store. The gym and pool looked great, but didn't use them since our focus was the GC park.
Cons: Most resort features were closed because of the non-pandemic, so I don't see the benefit of being a "resort". Being unfriendly seems to be the status quo because you can just say that you're concerned about covid. Note: All is expensive near Canyon.
Excellent 8.8
Our only problem, was the mattress. Way too soft and worn out
Excellent 8.8
Perfect location when visiting the Grand Canyon. It’s real close to the park entrance and about 5 milea drive to the canyon rim. My room was clean, newly renovated and comfortable. Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: close to Grand Canyon
Cons: Noisy Not enough hot water Not enough electric plugs Weird bathroom layout Uncomfortable beds
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Dirty carpet
Good 6.4
If you've never been to Tusayan, you should note that everything -- accommodation, food, incidentals -- in the town is overpriced. This means prices are high and standards are not. This hotel is probably better than some of the others, but it is just so-so. The room is clean but old. Wifi works well. There is a large pool to use. Garbage in the hallway was not cleared regularly, and this was rather unsightly. Worst for us was we did not receive any housekeeping. Check out is 11:00 and check-in is 4:00 pm, which is rather late. We arrived in the town a bit tired and was hoping to drop off our things before going to the canyon, but the late check-in meant we just had to wait till the evening after we were done visiting the canyon to check-in. On the day of your checkout, a staffperson will knock on your door at around 8:30 am saying "housekeeping" which is rather ingenuous since housekeeping was not actually provided during our stay -- but instead, the purpose of this is to wake you up and make you get out of the room soon. I would judge this hotel more harshly except that I know everything in town is overpriced and under-quality. It's not terrible, but you should really moderate your expectations.
Good 6.0
Pros: Great location and spacious rooms. Very easy to get to the Grand Canyon. Excellent breakfast deal.
Cons: Rooms are much older and need updating. Free tea and coffee in the lobby but if you order them for breakfast, it¿ll cost you for the exact same thing that¿s a few feet away. First time at a Best Western and didn¿t see the Premier status of it.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was so friendly! The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey, but the food & service was excellent! Bed & pillows were awesome!
Cons: The bathroom could have been cleaner. Our shower didn¿t drain properly and our coffee maker didn¿t work correctly. A new one was sent to our room & that one didn¿t work correctly either.
Good 6.0
Cons: Property looks tired and worn out.
Poor 1.0
Pros: No WiFi in the 2000 bld Had to go to lobby to connect to internet
Cons: No WiFi bld 2000 They said WiFi was down and would reset Never happened Had to go to lobby to connect to internet
Good 7.0
Cons: The mattress was so old that it sunk in on one side.
Good 7.0
Pros: The room was nice and big. The beds were comfortable.
Cons: Website states there's a shuttle, which there wasn't. I had to go back to the front desk to ask for wash clothes because their weren't any in the room and no one would answer the phone. Ma#$ at the front desk looked at me like I was crazy for asking.
Poor 1.0
Pros: not much to like other than location.
Cons: An old property redone on the exterior only, it had no internet, no maid service, and would not let me break my reservation when I realized it was a dump.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The location is great if visiting the Grand Canyon. There were a lot of amenities on site, but I didn't get a chance to use them. The pool area looked nice.
Cons: The rooms are outdated and cave like. The 1st room I had smelled like a Vegas casino and the 2nd room had a rodent of some sort running around. I've never had to change rooms in the 20+ years of travelling.
Good 6.8
Multiple buildings, good pool, nice outdoor fire place.
Excellent 10.0
Very happy with my room and facilities
Poor 1.0
Cons: Inflexibility during these trying times.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: A lot. The hotel is old, room is small. There is no room service.
Good 7.0
Pros: close to grand canyon, good size room
Cons: no housekeeping , pool bar closed
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: ROOMS WERE IN DIFFERENT BLDGS FROM EVERYTHING. NO ELEVATOR TO SECOND FLOOR. NOT ENOUGH TOWELS (THERE WAS FOUR OF US). PRICES AT THE RESTAURANTS WERE PRICEY. $15.00 CHARGE ON CREDIT CARD THAT WE WERE NOT TOLD ABOUT, HOWEVER WE DID GET THAT BACK.
Good 6.0
Pros: Clean,
Cons: You have to walk blocks from the self parking garage THROUGH THE CASINO to get to the guest elevator. Room maintained temperature but was never really cold. Refrigerator is worthless, crammed with minibar crap and $8.00 water for a room.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Very poor room condition. Not appealing
Cons: Not up to the star level.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Filthy and disgusting hotel
Poor 1.0
Pros: The rooms were dirty the staff was very rude the hallways were even dirtyNo location was the only thing that was good about this place
Cons: I do not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again
Poor 1.0
Pros: Has bowling and bar nice pool
Cons: My room had a serious bathroom leak, everything the room upstairs flushed you can hear a strong noise after
Good 6.0
Pros: Clean rooms Indoor pool very muggy
Cons: We booked a few rooms same reservation We asked to be close together When we got to the hotel we were not close and in different buildings even Hotel rep just said sorry we didn't know you were traveling together
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Dirty, room stunk, laundry/ change machines broken/toilet ran the entire time/request refund due to terrible service/gross bathroom/lights broken or missing/hotel in terrible shape/staff are not helpful/takes hours to get towels/linens left in hallway.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Cleaning staff is not permitted to enter into the room- beds weren¿t made on a daily basis towels weren¿t replaced trash wasn¿t cleared and I was there for 4 days. Pool bar was closed until further notice buffet in the main dining room was Elimin
Good 7.0
Pros: Location to Grand Canyon.
Cons: The HVAC unit was malfunctioning and made for an awful nights sleep.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: Room not as advertised. No "soaking tub" in bath, just a shower where the water didn't drain. No soap. AC would run for a couple minutes then blew hot outside air. HOT! Tiny space, about the size of the bed. Small work table had uneven legs, rocked.
Excellent 8.8
The reason why I chose Best Western Premier is because of it’s proximity to the Grand Canyon South Rim entrance. We watched the sun set on our first day and went back the next morning for a hike. Staff were friendly and polite. We had dinner at the Coronado Room and the food was great. Pricey dinner but the portions were huge and very tasty. Would stay here again for sure.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Literally nothing.
Cons: Although we paid for two nights we checked out after the first night. The room was filthy and the door actually had a hole in it. We were informed that the section in which our room was located was scheduled for demolition. We can provide pictures. L
Okay 4.4
The rooms need updating. Too expensive for what you get.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Location
Cons: The bathroom was not clean. Long hairs on the walls of the shower and in tub, dried urine around the hinges of the toilet seat and a used mask behind the TV. I have photos if you would like to see. The parking was atrocious. Very disappointing.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location and front desk staff were really nice
Cons: They said they were not cleaning due to Covid when I believe they should have been cleaning even more. As soon as we walked in, our room smelled like feet. I wasn¿t very comfortable being at this hotel
Okay 4.0
Pros: Close proximity to the Grand Canyon
Cons: We were not in the main building, which is something I was not aware of prior to check-in.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Not much
Cons: One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. They did not have sheets on the bed and they said they were out of sheets and blankets. The carpet was wet for some reason. There were exposed wires in the light in the bathroom. Had to leave, it was awful.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Room didn't get clean after our first day there. We asked for extra blankets and were told we had to pick them up at front desk (separate building) and it was very cold. Next day we ran out of toilet paper at 7am and Housekeeping didn't pick up the phone.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Location - close to grand canyon
Cons: Claims to be 4 star hotel but it felt like 1-2 star hotel. Unclean bathroom, stains on the toilet, shower curtain, and towels, AC making noise, thin walls - can hear neighbors talk
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Tv didn’t allow video inputs ! Could not attach iPhone or iPad to get stream TV. View was miserable!
Okay 4.0
Pros: Staff
Cons: Toilets didn’t flush well, not clean
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Location. Staff was nice.
Cons: Speed bumps, reclaimed water in toilets, broken fans and air conditioner. Broken thermostat. Heating and air conditioning was obsolete. Misrepresented on website. Almost all amenities were closed.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location was excellent. Very close to the Grand Canyon and easy access to food.
Cons: We stayed on a sub-ground level room and it was very damp and musty and very dark. We would stay there again but definitely not on the 5000 room level. You definitely want to request either 4000 or 300o with 3000 being the top level (2nd floor).
Excellent 10.0
Loved our stay there. The newer section was more roomy. Pools were great and the restaurant was nice. Restaurant staff was awesome. We had an Elk eating bushes right at the window we were seated next to, while we were eating breakfast.
Okay 5.2
I've waited over 15 minutes to check out because there was no one in front desk
Okay 5.0
Pros: Very clean, excellent location, modern decoration in room
Cons: Wifi was not working and support number couldn’t fix it. Heating and cooling system malfunctioned all night switching between heat and AC so that the room was either stifling hot or freezing cold without adjusting the thermostat. Only decaf coffee
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Convenient to the canyon
Good 6.8
Location was good. Did not read the request to get a ground floor room. A vacuum behind the beds would not go astray
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel was clean and quiet. They have a very large complex with a decent amount of parking. There are plenty of places to eat and they have a nice gift store. Would definitely choose this hotel again.
Cons: Breakfast buffet was a little over priced. Parking was sometimes far from room
Okay 4.0
Cons: The cover sheet had blood on it and when I took it off the next blanket had a yellow pee spot. I called the front desk to request a new blanket and was given a thin fleece blanket with 2 hair balls. Will never stay here again.
Excellent 9.3
Wonderful. We were given a choice of rooms, and I opted to stay in the new wing - est April 2016. It was just spic and span and elegant and lovely. The toiletries were fantastic. The body lotion smelled divine. We used the hot tub in the evening, and it was toasty and clean, lots of towels and inside! Still had some snow outside so we chickened out of the outside hot tub!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel was very nicely appointed, the room (upgraded to deluxe double queen room) was large, and the beds were super-comfortable. We stayed in the 7000 building. There were in-room Keurig coffee makers. The staff was extremely accommodating when we asked for extra K-cups. We had breakfast at the dining room near the front desk. The coffee there was superb. We only stayed one night, but I would stay there again, in spite of the thin walls, if I got another deal like the one I found on Kayak.com.
Cons: The walls are very thin. You can hear people going up and down the hallway, as well as the people in the upper room. The bathroom had a vent that led directly from the bathroom upstairs, so you could hear people talking. The bathroom door had a frosted glass insert that lit up the entire room if you turned the light on in there during the night.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Immediately when walking in the door, staff was so friendly and gave us a free upgrade. The rooms were gorgeous, specious, and clean. We couldn't have asked for better when looking for a place to stay last minute for a really great price. Would definitely recommend!
Cons: The only downside to this stay was the hot tub. There were so many bubbles that were brown with visible dirt and hair on top of the bubbles. Not a deal breaker, but made me question the cleanliness of the hot tub.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Spacious brand new room, attentive front desk staff, excellent location for exploring Grand Canyon. Housekeeping managed to accidentally skip the room twice, but were happy to let us pick up items as needed, such as coffee etc.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very spacious and clean. Nice staff and facilities.
Good 6.2
Pros: Very close to the Grand Canyon park entrance.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent value. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Good amenities.
Cons: None
Excellent 8.2
Pros: great location, close to the grand canyon
Cons: parking lot was completely full, at 8pm on a Wednesday!
Good 6.5
Pros: Location and rooms
Cons: We asked for some tea bags and the front desk flatly refused by saying they were very busy to send anybody to the room! Never heard this before in my life.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Cost, small room
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Everything was great. They are doing some construction adding 2 new pools, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. Very nice rooms and amenities.
Cons: The only thing I really didn't like was they didn't have anything saying that they didn't have a pool. The kids were looking forward to swimming.
Good 6.5
Pros: I liked the location
Cons: Gym was awful
Good 7.4
Pros: The location to the Grand Canyon was great. The hot tub was nice.
Cons: There was no Kleenex in our room. Shouldn't have to pay extra for the breakfast buffet which was okay. The free self serve breakfasts at the Comfort Inn and Holiday Inn were much better. The shower in the new section is odd and should have more privacy. You can not adjust the thermostat to less than 66 degrees for night time sleeping making the comforter too hot and a sheet too cold.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Excellent location, close to Grand Canyon and restaurants. Great place to stay.
Cons: Doors are to thin. Can hear noise from hallway.
Okay 5.7
Pros: Very nice facility. Rooms were very nice. The " on the go breakfast is a joke". They really need a viable free alternative. Even lower cost places have a decent continental breakfast included.
Cons: When I booked this there was no mention of the fact that the pool was under construction. So no pool. The Hot tub was dinky. I had a gift card for Best Western and somehow they managed to apply it to the room then not. I don't know why as it was never explained to my satisfaction as to why. Then they didn't have my card anymore as it was sent to accounting and they assumed I would get one in the mail. I didn't have time to argue all these things as we were only there for the night and were on a tight agenda. Also they first sent us to a room that was being repaired and had workers in it. They switched us to an upgraded room which was nice but come on we don't know something is under construction?
Good 7.1
Pros: Location can't be beat
Cons: Expensive for overall quality.
Good 7.7
Cons: Ice machine not working
Okay 5.7
Cons: It smelled urine in Room 2130
Good 7.7
Pros: Location. Staff were friendly outside seating was nice to have
Cons: Also, no place to sit outside. We had nice weather and would have loved a drink\snack outside. the weight room is way too small and smells. It would have been nice to have a pool since we were in Arizona.
Okay 4.0
Cons: Requires us to print off hotel confirmation which was an extra step at check in that probably isn't necessary if they re-work their process. Food options were also terrible. Service wasn't great either. Great location though.
Good 7.3
Pros: Rooms are large and beds are comfortable. Bathroom has large tub/shower combo and big vanities. Also, a second vanity is outside bathroom.
Cons: Window did not lock, air conditioner barely worked and coffee maker was broken. We told the staff when checking out and they barely seemed to care. Not worth the high cost of our stay.
Okay 5.0
Cons: The room was very dark and stinky and stuffy with very old furniture and bedding. It smelled like 10 cans of hotel room deodorant had been sprayed inside a moment before we walked in. It was cramped with extra furniture. I couldn't stay in the room other than to sleep and it was very much overpriced for what we got. The review said it was a 4 star hotel but it was a 2.
Good 7.0
Pros: the room was big
Cons: There was a problem with the heater, which took 2 hours to fix. So we had to be in a very cold room for two hours at night, while the hotel technicians were fixing the heater. We asked for a compensation, but were told they can't compensate us since we didn't order the hotel through them, but through priceline.

Good 7.0
Cons: Internet was spotty. Not any real TV channel selections. Not really any bathroom privacy. Can't change in the restroom area and can be awkward when you have to change in the room with a family member present.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I loved the clean rooms, soft, comfy beds, and the woman who fed me breakfast toast with butter!
Cons: The door to our room didn’t lock! So anyone could have come in and stolen our stuff while we were gone for the day!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I like the location. The frontdesk staff was nice. I love the free breakfast.. especially the crew.. very helpful.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Ideal location, super close to the Grand Canyon. Free parking
Cons: The bathrooms are quite old and very small, so not comfortable. Guests do not have a lot of choice when taking the breakfast at the hotel (although it is free)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff to very professional Great location Great breakfast
Cons: No
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location, easy walk to anything we needed and so close to the Grand Canyon.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean and quiet room Comfortable bed Good location Good coffee Great breakfast included with a variety of choices (eggs, bacon, sausages, oatmeal, yogurts, etc.)
Cons: We had to wait in a check-in line for quite a long time but we were probably just unlucky that many people arrived at the same time (staff mentioned it is not usual)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The amazing free breakfast! Also the location - a very short drive to Grand Canyon NP
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast was good
Good 7.0
Pros: Very good location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, staff and the surrounding restaurants was great!
Good 7.0
Pros: Comfortable, clean, more like a suite than a room, complimentary breakfast, the refrigerator was quite noisy though. Also the building was for adults only. We all know how noisy children can be when parents don't control them.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean attentive staff , location and value
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It was conveniently located and the room was clean.
Cons: The pool was not heated. My kids really wanted to swim, but could barely stand being in the cold water.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was more than a room, it was a suite. The room was comfortable and clean.
Cons: The breakfast was a sacked meal. Rather disappointing to the ombionce of the rest of the facility.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location of the hotel was amazing. Staff were nice.
Cons: Our door was broken but we dealt with it only there for one night. I think it was expensive. The town that it is located in completely shuts down by 8 to 9 pm.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Close to the park
Cons: Facilities maintenance was poor no hot water. Room was dusty
Good 7.9
The grab and go breakfast was great. It provided a decent breakfast and included an adequate assortment of items. Hairdryers have supposedly been removed from the rooms due to the pandemic. If you want/need one, they are available by asking at the front desk. Our body wash and hair products were empty when we arrived but were replaced promptly after calling the front desk.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location.
Cons: Room was not up to par. You're paying for the location. Walls & floors are thin; you can hear people walking above you so should stay on top floor. People were on the outside of the building (not hall) talking & I could hear them as if they're in the room
Good 7.6
Location is great. But for over $200/night, I expected it to at least be cleaned well. We found a ball of hair in the toilet (I assume it was from the tub, and they forgot to flush) and some trash in the floor around the bed. Otherwise it was ok.
Excellent 9.2
Great location. Wonderful friendly staff. Hot tub just what we needed after long hiking days.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The location is excellent for experiencing the Grand Canyon and being near enough to walk to restaurants.
Cons: This was the most sparse and uninviting HIE I have ever stayed in. I know that some of it was due to COVID, but the room was very small. So small that the Keurig was tucked under a cabinet and had to be placed on the desk for use.
Good 6.0
Cons: For the price we expected a bit more cleaner, however you are paying fir the location to be so close to the park entrance.
Excellent 8.8
Granted we went during spring break so we paid a hefty price, but it was really nice being literally right outside the entrance of Grand Canyon park! We were able to hit the park later in the afternoon (around 3pm) when people were leaving, and then again at 7am when there weren't many people there either. Really convenient! The kids used the indoor pool which was really nice entertainment for them while we waited for the park to get less busy.
Good 6.0
Pros: Good location
Cons: Bathroom without wall cover, door without looking.
Mediocre 3.2
Assigned to an unclean room. Had to go back to desk to inform them. No apologies, staff seemed unconcerned.
Good 6.0
Pros: good location and indoor pool
Cons: not clean - found coins and hair pins on the carpeting
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Appeared to be on the verge of bankrupcy. Stay in hotels 50 nights a year minimum. By far, poorest excuse for hotel in last 2 years. Covid precautions were obviously an excuse for nonexistant amenities / service at this facility. Stay clear.
Excellent 8.0
Just watch out of the poor mcdonald cross street, taste terrible
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great spot for staying while enjoying the grand canyon. Close to everything.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The indoor heated swimming pool
Cons: The grab and go breakfast was very sparse compared to other hotels we stayed at. Also, they did not leave a lot of extra amenities in the room. You can to ask for them (lotion, blow dryer, coffee/tea).
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Other than the location, there not much to like about this hotel. There was no iron or hairdryer. Called before booking asking if they were having a hot breakfast and the guy said yes they were. It was only a bag cold snack. So the guy lied.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Tissue box was not refilled only one tissue was left when we got there. Hair dryers not in room already. Breakfast is takeaway snacks and orange. The orange is the type you need a knife to eat.
Good 6.0
Pros: Distance to the Grand Canyon
Cons: Due to Covid, breakfast was a sack instead of a hot breakfast.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location and clean
Okay 5.0
Pros: Very close to the Grand Canyon south enterance.
Cons: The room was very small. As was the bathroom. Was really disappointed with the size of the room.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Close to Grand Canyon and reasonable proce
Cons: Hotel stated there was an indoor pool but it was closed when we arrived. It did not state that on main ad- we probably would’ve booked elsewhere. The ad was misleading. Also- tub did not drain. We were unable to shower our 2nd day cause of standin
Excellent 10.0
iIt was great. Nice sized rooms and great breakfast!
Good 6.0
Pros: The breakfast lady, she was friendly, helpful and a worker!
Cons: Wasn't able to use the toilet until the next morning. Had to come downstairs and use the lobby bathroom. Their was no other available rooms my discount was $20.00.
Good 7.0
Pros: The close location to the Grand Canyon South Rim.
Good 7.7
Pros: Friendly staff. Great location.
Cons: No gluten free or dairy free options for breakfast. Also, our car was backed into while parked there overnight. There are no cameras outside.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Breakfast staff were really friendly and accommodating.
Cons: We hot in late. Certified parking was required but literally, there was no available spaces. We had to park on a curb alongside a curb that was not designated for parking @
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and helpful
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location and room.
Cons: Costumer service. We found the wrong payment from This Hotel and we gave them a call. Their attitude VERY BAD!!!
Okay 5.0
Pros: Great location and a cute little town.
Cons: Breakfast area was overcrowded and a zoo. Cant imagine peak season.
Good 7.1
Pros: This is a good location just outside Grand Canyon Park. A very large hotel with updated rooms. Breakfast area was under renovation, but the food was okay. The shower was very nice and the shampoo dispenser was cool. I liked that the pillow cases showed you the firmness.
Cons: The heater was a little noisey, but worked okay.
Okay 5.0
Pros: It was warmer than sleeping outside
Cons: The room was right next to kitchen area. Noisyad room. B
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location
Cons: For the price the rooms were average as well as the breakfast.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location to the Grand Canyon.
Cons: Free breakfast was the worst of any chain I have been to in the last few years. Unloaded all luggage and at check in were told we had to drive to a different building for our room.
Okay 5.7
Pros: Close to Grand Canyon Good breakfast
Cons: Overpriced for what it is
Good 7.1
Pros: The location/proximity to the Grand Canyon is perfect. And there is plenty within walking distance. The breakfast (and breakfast staff) was also excellent.
Cons: The air conditioner in our room did not work at all so we were very warm and uncomfortable - and our view was of a wall.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Was part of a group that went to hike the Grand Canyon. This hotel is conveniently located and near the canyon. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast and friendly pancake makers. It may seem a bit pricey, but not more than others when compared to the other hotels in town.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location is close to Grand Canyon South rim.
Cons: My family stayed in a non-smoking room and was charged $300 without any notification. I called hotel and they told me cleaner smelled strong smoke. It's so ridiculous as non of the guests is smoker.
Good 7.4
Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: Not helpful desk staff
Excellent 9.1
Pros: The staff at morning breakfast was AMAZING! so hospitable and friendly. It was a great way to start the morning. The hotel also gave us great maps that we used, especially the grand canyon map.
Cons: I felt like some of the night staff were annoyed to help. And we couldn't find eat swabs anywhere in the hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the breakfast! So many options. The room was clean and beautiful. Great location. Not far from the Grand Canyon park. Worth every penny.
Cons: Can't complain!
Good 6.5
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Older, with upgrades that look like upgrades.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Near the grand canyon
Okay 5.4
Cons: Internet service was terrible. Couldn't even connect to the Wi-Fi until 6 a'm. Hôtel had a letter explaining there is terrible internet service, but that didn't stop them from claiming to provide it before I booked the room.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Great room, clean , great beds
Cons: Breakfast not as good as others in area
Excellent 8.2
Cons: throw blankets appeared dirty
Excellent 9.4
Pros: I liked everything except the pillows
Cons: The pillows were not ok.

Pros: It would be nice if they started offering a continental breakfast again.
Good 6.5
Pros: It was just outside Grand Canyon National Park
Cons: Room was basically across from the laundry facilities, was dark, not super welcoming.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: located close to the Grand Canyon
Cons: It was too long ago to comment
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel is immaculately clean. The rooms have the little touches that matter, Eg. Magnifying mirror for shaving/make up/contact lens application, etc., and hooks etc in bathroom, I.e. places to put things. Very friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Hotel is marvellous. Wish it had a restaurant The nearby Mexican restaurant was recommended and we ate there first night. Food oK then one of us found a black coarse hair in his food. He is bald and the rest of us are white-haired. He wasn’t charged. I stopped at the restaurant washroom (ladies) on the way out and it was a disgrace. Paper all over the floor etc. Next night we ate at the Saloon in town. Very good! Clean washrooms too.

Excellent 9.4
Pros: No surprises. Clean, comfortable room, convenient to.Grand Canyon National Park and walking distance to restaurants. We stayed in the main building in a deluxe double queen room in the section that does not allow pets (they have a.separate area with pet friendly rooms). Perfect for our needs. Would stay again.
Good 6.6
Pros: It was convenient to the Grand Canyon National Park. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
Cons: Air conditioning in the room didn't work. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. When I asked for information they talked to me like I was nuisance and gave me the bare minimum information. Overall, although the hotel itself was comfortable and clean the staff were below average and didn't seem to know much about the National Park.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: This hotel is the equivalent of a motel Too many buildings in complex Dark room with poor lighting. Extremely loud bathroom exhaust fan. Ac unit so noisy from condenser outside door. Worst hotel we¿ve stayed in.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Well, my wife and I got stuck in the Canyon and didn’t even get out of the canyon for 26 hours. My wife was so sick from heat exhaustion she couldn’t go further. No reception in the canyon I hike out at 1:30 am and called them to let them know we couldn’t make it. He said he will save me the room and I can come at 6:am. I explained my wife is still in the canyon, I would he headed back down to get her. He was rude, said he is still charging me for the room.
Cons: The guy at the place could have been understanding.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: ice machine and wild life walking around.
Cons: Dirty and smelled. Beds very hard and pillows stunk, I felt so bad I choice this hotel for my family. Several families battled with moths in their rooms and I mean a lot. Hotel didn't care Overpriced, we were glad to leave and would never recommend.

Cons: I thought it was overpriced for what wa provided
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The ceiling was leaking and everything looked old, there were no extra blankets to compensate for the lack of heating. I thought there was gonna be a microwave and there wasnt.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location! Minutes from the entrance to Grand Canyon. It is definitely older but clean.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location is excellent! Information from staff was perfect!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Had everything you needed in one place.
Okay 5.0
Cons: The room was dirty. One comforter had bright yellow stains and mold. No fitted sheets just flat sheets that would move and expose a nasty mattress.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Breakfast closed at 10 am. 😡🙄
Cons: Older Indian man at desk was rude!
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The location was perfect, right in the middle or the town and minutes from the grand canyon.
Cons: The rooms are really out dated for how the hotel is rated. The restaurant is over priced and not alot of options. No indoor pool
Okay 4.0
Cons: If you are a latecomer there is absolutely no parking. The refrigerator didn't work and licked on the floor. There was no microwave.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Room was clean enough.
Cons: 1. We had asked for 2 queen-sized beds, but only received 2 full-size beds. 2. Hotel insisted on payment at check-in "because reservation was fot same day" 3. Hotel charged us an extra separate fee of $20.00 without explanation or receipt.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room had nice amenities and was clean.
Cons: Staff was curt and not at all welcoming. Staying here felt like I was imposing on them. Also, the smoke detector right over the bed with a bright green light made it hard to sleep.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location. Very clean. All associates were courteous.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.0
Cons: No
Good 7.0
Pros: That the jacuzzi was indoor, and the staff were Friendly.
Cons: I didn't like that our suite was away from the beautiful part of the Hotel. I would have loved our suite room to be inside the main part of the Hotel, so we could have seat outside our room.
Okay 5.0
Pros: proximity to the Canyon
Cons: The rooms were not that clean
Excellent 8.4
This hotel was good for what it was. It gave me the feel of the motel, due to the set up, but overall was fine for a 3 day trip. We did hiking during the day so we weren’t in the room much. We had a double bed room. The beds were comfy, the shower was hot and pressure was great, we were able to control our heat, there was a bathroom and then an extra sink outside the bathroom which is GREAT for 2 people staying in one room. Best part is that it was a 3-5 minute drive to the South Entrance which meant we got to sleep in. There was no traffic getting into the canyon at 9am — location was ideal. We didn’t eat at the hotel. Tip: Tuysayan is not known for great food spots so don’t be surprised if you’re only eating fast food or pizza/pasta while you’re there. The staff was excellent! Overall I’d recommend if you’re doing a trip to the Grand Canyon
Good 7.0
Pros: Location was close to the entrance of Grand Canyon National Park.
Cons: Lights were not on one switch. The lights in the room were not bright enough during the evening.
Good 7.0
Pros: We enjoyed the atrium and hot tub. The fact that it was withing walking or short driving distance to many local sites was import.
Cons: It is an older hotel and the beds were not as soft. If they could put toppers on the beds that would be nice but that was the reason we only stayed one night here. Our plans changed and my husband did not rest well on that bed.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: It was convenient and hospitable.
Cons: The AC unit was broken and the beds were uncomfortable.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: This hotel is cute, very relaxing atmosphere, cute indoor jacuzzi and the stff is very very nice.
Cons: the beds are hard as a rock and pillows are awful as well. Did not sleep most of the night, super disappointing. I picked this hotel because a review said the beds were comfortable, THEY ARE NOT!!
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location is great it’s nice they had a restaurant for breakfast
Cons: Many things in the room were poor quality and house keeping didn’t refresh our room in 3 days we had to ask for towels toilet paper and battery for the remote.
Okay 5.0
Pros: The interior balcony was quite nice to sit and relax.
Cons: The WiFi connection had no internet. The hot water was barely Luke warm which was pretty miserable on a cold morning. The coffee cups were cheap and wouldn't hold liquid.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Close to the place we are going.
Cons: Nothing
Good 7.0
Pros: Location to the Grand Canyon.
Cons: Door had a huge gap under it that let in the cold. Office location is horrible for people stuck in the very last building. Restaurant was very slow, didn't have buffet that was bragged about at any meal we tried to eat.
Poor 1.0
Cons: Room was old and smelled. Also layer of dust on all surfaces just downright nasty.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location is good. It is close to National Geographic Imax and to restaurants and stores
Cons: No room service. The room we got is overlooking roof of another hotel. The carpet did not feel very clean or I am just paranoid
Good 6.0
Cons: The hotel was old-nicely decorated-but the door did not fit well and cold air leaked in.
Okay 4.0
Cons: The room was FREEZING due to the huge gap around the door. It was like sleeping in a chilly windtunnel.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Shuttle service
Cons: Mattress need to be changed
Good 7.0
Pros: Staff in all areas were hospitable. Location good for grand communion
Cons: Not all power outlets in room were working
Okay 4.0
Pros: Staff at the front desk was very friendly.
Cons: The room was kind of seedy. The breakfast buffet was terrible.
Mediocre 3.1
Cons: The room is not clean found a dirty socks on the floor . The bed is uncomfortable , the pillows is old too flat. The pillow cases all worn out with stains and holes. The bathroom door knob lock is outside not inside the bathroom. There are stiill open salad dressing in the fridged meaning it was not cleaned . I’ve never beeb in a hotel like that.
Good 6.0
Pros: Close to Grand Canyon.
Cons: Mis leading wording about free continental breakfast.
Good 7.7
Pros: The room was fine. This a not a high end hotel but met our requirements for the night - clean, comfortable bed.. Not far from the Park. Friendly, courteous staff at the hotel.
Cons: It was behind another building so a little hard to find.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great stay. The staff was helpful and polite. The room was in good shape. The breakfast buffet was tasty with good variety. We will definitely return.
Cons: Very smoky during a prescribed burn in the forest. This was certainly not the fault of the staff, but there surely must be a mechanism to warn of such events. Aside from direct exposure to a campfire, none of the four of us had previously been exposed to that much smoke inhalation. We are all in good health, but we all suffered from the smoke exposure; eg, watery eyes, sneezing, throat irritation. It was still a positive experience.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location
Cons: There was a bunch of ants in the room and when we called they said that was normal for that area and sent housekeeping. In which the housekeeping person said that was not normal. And no it is not NORMAL.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Clean (new) room
Cons: NO mini fridge
Poor 1.0
Pros: I fell in the tub as there was no protection on the bottom of the tub and no handle to grab. The chain was pulled in on the door. I would not recommend this hotel
Cons: The room was comparable to a Super 8 an we never stay at those hotels
Okay 5.0
Pros: Proximity to Grand Canyon
Cons: Price was very high for a very typical room
Poor 1.0
Pros: The room had fleas. We didn't know until the next morning. I paid ---for one night and all my stuff has fleas in it now. I want my money back but the girl at the front desk said " we allow dogs so that happens sorry..."
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: the lady at the front desk was very nice.
Cons: Location was difficult. It was poor quality. It was really noisy. we really did not like our stay. Would not go back.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: just a few minutes from the Grand Canyon with plenty of adequate restaurants, convenience shops within walking distance. Staff very helpful and friendly. Indoor "spa" aka hot tub, was fun b/c it was in the middle of the lobby with greenery all around. Breakfast buffet was good for the price ($12?). Beds comfortable, linen soft, rooms clean. We booked for Easter weekend only 2 weeks before and grateful to get a place to stay.
Mediocre 3.4
Pros: Location.
Cons: Run down facility. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Even TV was not working properly. Restaurant mediocre. Parking scarce at night. No concierge was available. Expensive for what it is.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: close to Grand Canyon
Cons: My husband saw housekeeping staff folding towels on the floor
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Restaurant on site was convenient.
Cons: Difficult to find in the dark when first arrived
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Everything was good, including the restaurant on site.
Cons: Expensive for what it is.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Close to Grand Canyon
Cons: Over priced, poor repair, dirty,
Excellent 9.4
Pros: I came into the area with a camping permit, but was too late and there was a thunderstorm. Thankfully this hotel had a room. The staff were all super friendly and more than willing to help me if I needed anything. Room was comfortable and it was fairly quiet, maybe because it was the end of August. I am sure that during the busier times the bar and lounce area are great places.
Cons: The buffet of food was just so so. Nothing was especially good. Probably would order off the menu directly next time.
Poor 1.0
Pros: location
Cons: I don't know why the extra fee 50$ for each room is charged. there is no free breakfast and free parking. so, the price is too high.
Good 6.0
Pros: The location was perfect for an EARLY departure to hike the Canyon.
Cons: The refrigerator ran, but didn't work. We were too pressed for time to sweat it. The TV didn't have a signal, which we were told has to routinely have to be reset.
Good 6.0
Cons: I get that it's a tourist area but $200+ for a standard room is insane, I could have found cheaper rooms in downtown Las Vegas.
Good 7.1
Pros: Facilities were nice rooms comfortable.
Cons: Back yard view very untidy, bright outside lights switched on all night and towels were switched every day even when not necessary. There should be more of an emphasis on saving resources in this location.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Proximity to the Grand Canyon is great, rooms were nice and adequate for our needs, there is food on the premises and indoor common space when it's cold outside.
Cons: The entrance to the hotel is a little confusing since it's back off the main road behind some other businesses, maybe a bigger sign would help? Morning coffee would be nice.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Closeness to GC Amenities including restaurant Friendly staff Rates
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice pool. Late check out.
Cons: No towels at pool (front desk offered them but the front desk was far from the pool!)
Okay 5.7
Cons: Town closes at 9 and the restaurant is way over priced

Excellent 8.5
Pros: Loved the location! It was great being in the park and it was a cute little cabin. Great water pressure in shower and nice and hot!
Cons: Soundproofing. We could hear our neighbors very clearly. And they were very loud until late at night. Also, they took the coffee maker out of the room because of COVID-19, ridiculous!!! And didn’t have coffee for sale in the lobby until 8 AM.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Close to the rim, with some cabins right on the rim. Great price for location.
Cons: Cabin furnishings and bedding are pretty dated - but seemed clean enough. The location is what makes this place.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was great. And the staff was very kind and helpful to make the most of my short stay there.
Cons: There was no fitted bed sheet which was a little off putting. Also the doors weren't sound proof so was quite loud being next to an exterior door hearing people pass in and out.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: location, cleanness, cute style.
Cons: no tv, no wi-fi.

Excellent 8.4
The room was comfortable and clean, but very simple. No breakfast was available, but it was great to be so close to the canyon for sunrise.
Good 6.5
Cons: Wifi in the room. While we travel for leisure we sometimes bring work laptops with us and from time to time check if anything urgent at work pops up.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Closeness to the Grand Canyon
Cons: Hard to find in park as they were redoing a lot of the roads. Needed more signs.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Pizza / Pub and breakfast facilities nearby were an added bonus, and prices were reasonable. The 'North' units had good heating and ventilation and decent WiFi for one device at a time. Room was a little dark and dated, but beds were comfortable. Helpful staff, who relocated us due to noisy neighbours. Why pay more elsewhere for a canyon view when you'll commute between the various overlooks inside the park anyway.
Cons: Wasn't overlooking the rim like so other places, but easy walk, and avoided having hundreds of other tourists blocking parking and walking around the site.
Good 7.7
Pros: Location - real close to the south rim. Offerings - Close to the cafeteria which serves a variety of food which keeps you from having to leave the park area. Informational - Close to local information and insight from park employees. Gift Shop - the gift shop is full of offerings at a reasonable price.
Cons: Room - the room was really dated and no visible sign of AC and no visible sign of heat controls. Comfort - the mattress was hard, has not been updated in a while.
Good 6.8
Pros: We loved the proximity of the lodge to the Grand Canyon. It was a very quick walk to and from as well as a beautiful one at night. The staff was also very kind and helpful.
Cons: The actual comfort of the beds was poor. They’re older, very firm, and the pillows were difficult to sleep comfortably on as well. Not a great nights sleep but it was only for one night. More than one night sleeping there would be tough for me personally.
Good 7.4
Pros: It's hard to beat the location as it is super close to the south rim of the Grand Canyon. There are also a lot of food options at the lodge but it is all basic and nothing fancy.
Cons: The beds are not comfortable at all and the rooms are very small. It is a little over priced for what you get but you are mainly paying for location.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Proximity to the south rim
Good 6.8
Pros: Great location.
Cons: No wifi, poor facilities and restaurant understaffed.
Good 7.7
Pros: It's a bit dated and plain but given its location and purpose it's a great value. The Grand Canyon is within walking distance in the food court was excellent. It was quiet and comfortable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I love how they were so clean and eco friendly.breathtaking view and lots of animal life too. Everyone takes very good care of this great park
Okay 4.0
Pros: Close to Grand Canyon
Cons: Outdated everything! For the price it was a very poor room. Carpet was dirty and worn. Room needed a total makeover. None of the above descriptors fit this room. I picked family as it would be the best fit.

Good 6.2
Pros: Lobby very nice. . Obviously Location is great.
Cons: Room was tiny (standard queen room). Barely enough room for luggage. Bathroom redone and nice but no shelf or anywhere for toiletries. Internet was so very slow could barely open a website on browser. Restaurant Is so overpriced for what one gets. My porkshops were $25 and were so dry and over cooked I could not eat them. I understand supply and demand.. but for $263 dollars a night they could have provided a much better stay.occupancy must be close to 100% year round so they should be flush with cash. I would not stay there again.
