Cons:

our reservation was cancelled without any notice in advance. we learned the bad news at the counter in the morning. this is a very poor service

Pros:

Staff was good. Didnt have my car so they upgraded me for free. Was disappointed that i had to pay more for gas but staff was great

Cons:

My vehicle didnt have its registration in it. I drove 2 hours away before i found out it wasnt with the car. I had to drive another 2 hours back to the airport to retrieve it. Luckly i didnt need it but if i had been pulled over i would have been in serious trouble

We booked a compact car which were told from the website that was available. When we got to the pick up location we were told that the only vehicle they had was a small moving van with a large enterprise logo on either side of the vehicle. Since they had nothing else to offer we didn’t have a choice but take it since we were in a different country without transportation. While I didn’t mind taking the van I wasn’t enthusiastic about paying 250 euros for a moving van when we requested and were told we would get a small compact car.

The staff was friendly, but I think that she didn't disclose all available options. In particular, I had reserved a car for around EUR 280, but I ended up paying more than EUR 600. To be fair, I chose a car with GPS, which was not included in the original price. That said the total price should have been closer to EUR 400 because some additional insurance was imposed on me because I was led to believe that there was no other option.

The rent was shown as 81, and return time was 7 pm, buy the the i got there nobody was there and then I make many calls to find out how does it works, and for that delay they have charged as well

When I returned the vehicle I went into the office where they then told me to go up stairs and I had to walk all the way back, very inconvenient and could have been done by someone working.

I had asked for a pick-up at the airport in Frankfurt and finally the pick-up is 20 minutes drive from the airport, this is unacceptable. I had to drag my two children by cab to the agency Sixt. and when I arrived the agency was closed. I had to spend a night in Frankfurt to wait for the agency to open the next morning. Also the agent told me that he was still there when I arrived even though everything was closed.
