Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the exceptional hospitality and friendliness of the staff, especially the owner, which made their stays memorable. The hotel's peaceful and scenic location by the lake is highly appreciated, as is the traditional Japanese atmosphere that adds to the charm. Cleanliness and spacious rooms are noted by several guests, and the overall ambiance is described as relaxing and authentic. Some mention the property and facilities are a bit old and could use refurbishment, and a few note the distance from public transport as a drawback. However, the positives of service, location, and atmosphere consistently stand out in the reviews.AI-generated from customer reviews
