Pros (+) The location was great.
Cons (-) The room smelled like a locker room. The air conditioner couldn’t keep the room cool. There were extra charges, like a “resort fee” that was ridiculous because this place was no resort (think price gouging)! The staff were impersonal and unhelpful.

Pros (+) Across from the beach & Fireworks. Beach chair signup for use was a great feature in the hotel to use at the beach.
Cons (-) As there advertisement no water bottles were given. I requested a light bulb in the hallway to enter room replaced. The bulb was never replaced while I was there.

Pros (+) We loved the location, we always wanted to stay here, we finally got too!
Cons (-) We know it was that time of the year, but there were little may flies in the room from the sliding door not being closed all the way. The worse part was, we found a couple ants in the bed, one came out of the pillow case, and it was a momma ant. Not good. My wife and I had to switch rooms and they did accommodate us. But still we were weary.

Pros (+) Room was clean, housekeeping was great, balcony over live music was a great experience.
Cons (-) First, no one helps you with your luggage to and from room and being disabled it makes it very difficult. Others complained as well. They say free parking when you book however we got charges $54!!! Unreal! You choose hotel close to beach, you would think for what you are paying for room, parking would be included.
