Pros (+) Service was excellent - Monica was endlessly delightful. Breakfast was really good too. Room was quite large and TV selections were better than average. Bed was very comfortable.
Cons (-) Balcony rooms shouldn't be advertised as such - it's just a small ledge outside the window. Iron was delivered to our room with gunk on it and a hole in the ironing board cover - we had to clean it.
