Pros: Flight got cancelled due to COVID-19 and voucher issued, good for one year only then airline went bankrupt and no refund or compensation given
Cons: An airline that stays in business and gives travel vouchers that don't expire in one year
Pros: Interjet it is the worst airline
Cons: Answer the call phones
Pros: Quick flight.
Cons: The plane was very hot
Cons: Drinks cart broken! No snacks water or drinks. Temp very hot in cabin. Staff nice.

Cons: Timing. Left an hour late missed connecting flight

Pros: This airline offers budget minded travelers an effective option to travel to it’s destinations.
Cons: Onboard toilets on both Interjet flights taken had no soap or soap dispenser to wash hands in the onboard toilets. Interjet website and Interjet communication with ticketed passengers needs to be improved.

Cons: Que contraten gente capaz

Cons: Boarding and depart on time
Cons: Be clear and honest about late departures
Cons: flexibilidad en políticas un vuelo anterior hacia espacio y pr tarifa no permitieron tomarlo sin embargo el vuelo contratado se retrasó mas de una hora
Cons: Delay of three hours.
Pros: Interjet. Was 2 hours late and disrespectfully done
Pros: Crew were very respectful and friendly
Cons: interjet needs to let us know if we are being charged luggage after booking.
Cons: Delayed which made me miss the next flight
Cons: This airline never boards before the time of departure
Pros: The crew but the seat no
Cons: Flight was one hour delayed
Cons: Flight left 90mins late. Crew did not allow passengers to occupy empty priority rows (slightly more legroom), even though this would have made the flight more comfortable also for people in regular economy seats, who would also have benefited from an unoccupied chair on their row (there were 3 empty rows). Seemed like an extremely stingy move on behalf of the airline.
Cons: no luggage cost were included and because I had two short flights I paid $200 usd twice costing me an additional $400 dollars
On board Interjet flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x40x25cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Interjet assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
KAYAK is a travel search engine, meaning that we continuously look across the web to find the best deals for our users. With over 2 billion flight queries processed yearly, we are able to display a variety of prices and options on flights from all airlines, including Interjet.
A family-run business that prides itself on service and hospitality, Interjet is one of the largest operating Mexican airlines. It holds codeshare agreements with a number of carriers across the world, including American Airlines, British Airways, Japan Airlines and LATAM Airlines Group. A popular choice for flights to Latin America, it flies to countries such as Colombia, Peru, El Salvador and Costa Rica.
Interjet has their main hub in Mexico City, where you can find the majority of their fleet. The Airbus A320 family is their preferred series of aircraft, which range from capacities of 150 to 192 passengers. The airline also uses a number of Superjet 100s built by the Russian manufacturer Sukhoi, which are considerably smaller and carry roughly 93 passengers.
In 2014 it became the first airline in America to support the Electric Green Taxiing System, which helps reduce carbon emissions and fuel consumption. The procedure consists of the aircraft using their electrical energy rather than engines to get moving on the runway, saving as much as 4% of fuel in the process. A leading pioneer for eco-friendly travel, the company also completed the first biofuel powered flight in North America in 2011.
All customers on Interjet flights are seated in Economy, eliminating separated seating and preferential treatment. There are 4 fare categories, which provide different amounts of checked baggage and the ability to choose your seat. You can bring 2 carry-on bags weighing a combined 22 lb. Complimentary snacks and drinks are offered to all passengers on every flight route.
