The staff did a very poor job

Cons: I arrived at 8:00 am and got to the hotel after a long flight and in a very sick and ill state. I expected my room when I came but the staff was being very blunt and telling me I could not get a room until 3. I didn't mind waiting for a short time, but to make me wait for my reserved room for almost 5 hours was a dreadful and horrible experience. I had to wait in the lobby since I flew in alone and did not have my car. It personally ruined my overall vacation and I was not satisfied at all.

Cons: It was cold and the room only had a/c. The room smelled aweful.

Pros: Location, shuttle to airport

Cons: Place was filthy, the room smelt bad, the shower had hair in it. The toilet had pubic hair all over it and the bed had stains on it....need I say more

Complications with room

Pros: Finally found us a double room, which we purchased

Cons: Tried to give us a single room when we booked a double.

Would never stay at this hotel again

Cons: This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. It was dirty, I found toenail clipping in my room. I had a non smoking room and it smelled of smoke so bad that it burned my eye. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever!!!!
