Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the airport and shopping areas, as well as the helpfulness of some staff members. However, many reviews noted significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms and presence of pests, and several guests were dissatisfied with amenities like air conditioning, WiFi, and the pool. Experiences with bed comfort and service were mixed, with some positive mentions but also complaints about check-in processes and shuttle delays. Overall, while the location and some staff were praised, cleanliness and amenities were common concerns.

Pros (+) The only thing I liked about the hotel was the location.
Cons (-) The staff was rude and they were always on smoke breaks. The room smelled of floor cleaner. It looked as though the hotel hasn’t been renovated in decades and even then it was poorly done and up kept. The shower was either scolding hot or freezing.
