Pros:Convenient to fly to Bonaire.
Cons:We booked through Vanama and didn't know our first flight was cancelled. Office staff helped to get another flight so we could make our connection.

Pros:Insel air cost me an additional 1500.00$ to get home cause u delayed flight from Curaçao to Miami by 10 hrs leaving me stranded in Curaçao and missing my connecting flight from Miami to Mexico City and beyond

Cons:Starting with a delay from San Juan, no boarding pass for next flight. Told me were leaving from gate A, got there NO information, they came 3 1/2 hour later with a $16 food voucher and didn't told us about an extra stop at bonaire, in a really small plane. A 3:20 hour trip became an 10 hour trip. Day lost, transportation lost, at least I had my hotel room.
Pros:Nothing at all, delays and huge long 1.5 hrs wait for bags
Cons:Huge delays on each flight, long, long , long delays waiting for bags, will NEVER fly this airline again, false advertising of flights, booked non stop flights, the my do not have non stop flights to Aruba, no updated online flight info

Cons:The 6 hr delay. Which was only announced at check-in. No explanation, no apology. But a warning to be back like 2.5 hrs before the new ETD, otherwise you'll be left behind! No useful updates from the main office either. Had to call the airport information centre of Aruba to find out whether yes or no, or what time EXACTLY the flight would be leaving. They (Insel Air) are ALWAYS delayed, like 3 out of 5 times. Therefore I don't understand why the f&b voucher had to be HANDWRITTEN. The lady took like 7-8 minutes p/p per voucher. Absolutely ridiculous. They should have those vouchers pre-printed. For all the delayed flights they have on a daily basis. After standing in line forever to check-in, another endless line for this voucher which gets you pretty much nothing.
Cons:Really old planes 8 hours of delays with no explanation Non-existence customer assistance Lost connection. They told us they were going to put us in a nice hotel, but last minute they told us we were going to another hotel, a really crappy one Really bad food in the plane. Poor presentation Made people move from gate to gate while they were waiting for the flights Everything that could go wrong, went wrong and nobody apparently cared

Cons:I was cancelled without notice do to a storm, and I spent 8 hours with no sleep in an airport before I even got anyone to talk to me, when they did show up they had no clue what was going on. The next day they rescheduled my flight and helped me find a hotel (no attempt to pay for my delay) and so I cannot comment about the plane since I have yet to get in one!
