    A bit rundown, and out of the way

    Well, the price was right, and they had last-minute availability. The staff was friendly and helpful.

    The air conditioner barely worked. They claimed to be a 20 minute walk downtown, which was sort of true, but it was 20 minutes to the outskirts of town through a fairly seedy area.
