Pros:

I reserved at remote location - near interstate so not to drive in historic city center of Seville Spain. When I arrived the car was not ready...I waited for it to be washed then they drove the car offsite to refuel. My entire check in plus wait time for wash & fuel was over an hour.

Cons:

Everything regarding check- in. Info that drop off location was NOT at airport would have been helpful as well. The agent at drop off destination was excellent.

Was not informed on the website an international driver’s license was required in Spain. They were initially not going to rent the car to us.

The staff were very friendly, super helpful and spoke good English. The drop off was so easy I could not believe it. I would happy to recommend Enterprise in the future.

Pick up in Sevilla was great, no complaints there whatsoever. Drop off in Cordova was a disaster, after calling and confirming my drop off time in the morning, I arrive in the afternoon to find no one around, no easy way to get a taxi to pick us up, luckily the people at a car dealership next-door helped us call a taxi and told us to drop our keys in the dropbox and leave the vehicle. Would’ve liked to know this was the drill ahead of time, so we could prepare a little better, rather than wait in the boiling sun in a remote industrial park for an hour!

They did not have a car that matched our reservation (6-passenger automatic) - admittedly, not the easiest request, but we reserved here because it was the only company that offered it, so we chose it despite the fact that it was a non-airport location. When we didn't accept their alternatives, they did actually track down a car that matched our needs - took close to 2 hours (the drop-off took almost an hour as well). I very much appreciate their work to get us the car we needed, but they didn't seem to have any record of our request when we came in and were initially not interested in making it work. Also (maybe because it's a city dealership not a tourist/airport rental) be prepared to conduct all business in Spanish - if you need someplace with English support, stay with an airport-based company
