Pros:

The drop off at the airport in Granada was totally painless. The staff were very nice and efficient.

Cons:

We asked the staff in Sevilla to let us drop the car off at the train station Budget office in Granada, but they had it fixed so we had to drop it off at the Granada airport, which meant a long taxi ride into Granada.

We were not quoted a correct price even though we gave all the correct information up front. We were quoted $1087 euros and were charged over $1700 ….this is unacceptable and robbery.

Somehow my airport pick-up was switched to train station -which is not easy to get to. Fortunately the airport desk was able to switch things around for which I am eternally grateful. Staff was very kind and helpful. The car was just what I needed and in great shape. The overall pick up was very slow for everyone not just me with the location switch. Roughly half an hr per person. I've never seen it take so long before
