Pros (+) The hotel and the room at not the most clean and comfortable. But the whole experience could be improved if they get some personel with some social skills.

Cons (-) Didn't stay. Booked 2 rooms in February. Confirmed reservation a few days before and everything was good. Showed up and they had given one of our rooms to someone else. They had nothing else available and there was no way we could have 7 people I'm 1 room for 10 days. Will NOT stay or book rooms there again. Really poor service and management.
