Pros (+) Very close to Children's Mercy Hospital.
Cons (-) I asked the front desk 3 times, 3 days in a row to please fix the light in the bathroom. Each time they stated it would be taken care of. I gave up after the third request on the third day. They are obviously NOT passing along the requests to have maintenance fix these sort of things or there simply was no maintenance person available. But really how hard is it to change the fluorescent tube in a ...

Pros (+) Nice place to stay, clean rooms, quiet. Good location, close to the plaza and a good variety of restaurants close bye. Beds were pretty comfortable, the complementary breakfast was good.
Cons (-) My only issue with the whole place was the pillows were thick, I am used to a different style of pillow. I have noticed that many hotels implement these style of pillows, so I would not attribute this hotel as having terrible pillows. Just that I am used to my pillow at home.
