Cons (-) I booked for 9 days and only stayed 4 as my job ended sooner than expected. The hotel would not refund my unused days because it was booked 3rd party. You should fix that problem as I am out $900.00 and nobody seems to know how to get it back to me.

Pros (+) We would certainly recommend this hotel to friends. Everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable. We had arrived way before check in time after being on a cruise. We were offered a secure place to store our luggage, they made sure our rooms were the first ones cleaned. We certainly appreciated that more than anyone knows. Drinks and snacks were offered too. Pros (+) It is well located.
Cons (-) It wasn't clean. The elevators were full of trash. The employees in the reception were not kind. The worst part was the bathroom inside the room. The faucet wasn't working. The shower pressure was a mess.
