The pick-up was okay. They wanted to give us a car we had not booked (a sedan and not a small SUV), and we had to wait for the correct car. The staff was super helpful and the drop-off in Port Elizabeth was excellent, quick and painless.

When picking up I fave the agent a voucher for the rental but I charged a 2nd time. I paid for full coverage insurance, my hubcaps got stolen and I have just received an invoice for the cost of replacing the hubcaps. This is not what I expected having paid the insurance premium. Will never rent from Woodford again. A rental that should have cost just over $300 is now costing me over $1000.

I am a frequent traveller for the last 25 years and usually renting cars. This is the best rental car experience I have ever had. Staf a really friendly ( I used two locations, Johannesburg & Cape Town airports. Always trying to assist you).

What could have been better - the rental car broke down on the highway & roadside assistance took 2 hours to get a tow truck to us. What did I like - the roadside assistance support rep was very helpful & a replacement car was delivered to us a few hours after the first one broke down.
