Pros (+) Nothing. Horrible experience. Did not get a room after booking in advance!
Cons (-) We got to Kyoto and tried checking in around 4pm, our room that we booked (and could not cance)l was given away!! Do not book here!!! She then tried giving us a bed in a storage room. Rediculous. I will post a picture if I can.
