Cons:I paid three times what all the other passengers paid, flight was delayed, there was no snacks or water, no entertainment. Very disappointed.

Pros:The plane was very basic but atleast it was modern.
Cons:I bought my ticket through KAYAK. It was written that I couldn’t bring a suitcase as a check-in because additional fees. So I brought a carry-on small standard size. I was given group 7 when I printed my boarding pass. Turns out group 7 and higher are not allowed even a carry-on. Insane I had to pay a luggage fee for my carry-on. And it was taken from me at the gate after a dog sniffed through my clean clothes. Additionally plane was delayed, no food or tv on the plane. It’s worse than SPIRIT in my opinion.

Cons:i could never get the upgrade we requested. After many attempts of email and missed calls, we figured we'd just ask for the upgrade at the gate. Yet again, we were denied. They informed us they could not accept credit card payments for upgrades at the gate. I'll avoid this airline whenever possible. No thanks.

Pros:We eventually got to the destination
Cons:Our original flight was cancelled due to “maintenance”, after talking to others I figured out that they cancel flights if they’re not full so the schedule means nothing to them. We were given nothing in compensation & were put on the last flight of the day.
