Cons:Changed my schedule, made a 1 hr stop over into 10 hr. Changed the seat I had chose when buying the ticket, went from window to corridor. No food on board, instead offered to sell it (but the price for the ticket was not "low cost") Took over one hour after getting off the plane to get my luggage.

Cons:Had more leg room but the sit could not be reclined. It was broken. I didn't get all of my boarding passes in NYC so I had to go get them in Orlando which ment changing airport terminal to get to the LAtam desk and back doing 1 hour and a half of TSA security check...

Cons:Ground Crew was not helpful with ticketing error. Planes are designed to be overcrowded & uncomfotable. Passengers left to fend for themselves, god forbid you don’t get your own bottle of water before you board. Once packed into the cattle car you’re on your own. Airline needs to go back to considering passenger comfort & satisfaction which is clearly not a priority now.
