Excelente desayuno, parque , localización
Oriana, the housekeeper, was very nice and cleaning was excellent. Every employee in the hotel has a very positive attitude. It really feels.
Hotel is very well located, all staff are very very very attentive people, so nice, kind and focused on customer service, the only issue I had was with KAYAK/GET A ROOM, I pre-paid for three double bed rooms and hotel only got a reservation for one room, so I had a very bad experience because GET A ROOM customer services is not customer service focused, they left me waiting on the line for hours and when call was disconnected they never called me back, I had to book other hotel for the rest of my party in the middle of the night, we lost the family dinner time and now that I'm claiming for my money back (for the two missed rooms) they said they need to investigate?? what a bad service from GET A ROOM please be careful they are not fair, they are not customer focused and very, very very poor customer service.
The upgrade they gave me was the worst room in the bldg.
I rarely have any problems with Marriott hotels, so this stood out a little bit. Let me start with the Excellent staff, like Carlos and Nilso. Friendly, helpful and eager to please. The hotel is in need of a major overhaul. Bathrooms have a spartan feel with no hair dryer and no box of tissues. (I finally found one.) I would stay again, mostly just because of the staff.
