the castle structure behind reception Was very nice
I didn't like that the buffet ended at 22:00 pm
I liked the quiet environment and the friendly staff. But on the whole it was a good experience. Thanks
Only that the menu in the Restaurant is not good, except the breakfast which I think is highly priced. It should be no more than 5 pounds, and the potato chips should be 1.50. The frozen pizza should be taken off the menu as it gave me stomach ache and a lot of Gas. Drinks should also come down in price. The WIFI is so so, no speed, sometimes comes and goes, no good connection.
Nothing after they cancelled my booking twice
The staff being rude and my bag got stolen
The great people working there, the building, access and location, the amazing cafeteria, the bathrooms, cleanliness of the place and the warm and welcoming feeling you get there.
It was pretty good, I would have just liked a bit more comfy beds, but it was pretty good.
The first night we had a private room, it was clean. The park around the hostel is nice.
The first night we stayed, we were getting ready after a shower, and a member of staff just walked straight into our bedroom to check the safety light without waiting for us to open the door. The bed was uncomfortable. The second night we were in a share room, and due to the amount of people it wasn’t clean. We also felt uncomfortable with some of the people staying in the room and the lockers didn’t lock, we decided to stay elsewhere. When we spoke to reception in the morning, they didn’t acknowledge our concerns. If you are a single traveller, the walk to the hostel at night is a dimly lit alleyway along the park.
