I liked the car they brought me from another location, and the 20% discount for not having a car ready. Service was friendly.Cons:
When I arrived at the appointed time, they didn't have a compact car for me, instead offering an SUV. That might be a bonus for many people, but I wanted the smaller vehicle I reserved. It took an extra half hour to get a car to me.10.0 Wonderful

I have used Enterprise in both downtown and Kanata and they actually worked together to find me the perfect vehicle for visiting family over a long holiday weekend.
