Excellent 10.0
Pros: the people from the riad are just amazing, super quiet, kind and very attentive. Yossuf does really make an effort on how you feel about your stay and helps you with any type of question you need. Definitely recommended. will come back again
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The quality of service. Yossouf (at the reception of the Riad) was really nice and attentive. He always asked us how everything was going and if we need anything. He was very kind and polite. Also, the rooms and the fountain and breakfast area were beautiful and magical. The breakfast was beautifully cooked, lots of natural and tasty food. I am going to miss it! They made our stay in Morocco even better, it is a perfect place for couples. Also, it is very well located only 15 min walk from the main Square Jama Lfna.
Cons: Everything was good, no complains at all.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very cozy room in an oasis of peace. Youssouf, the manager, gave us a very warm welcome and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. He very kindly took care of our luggage after our checkout and also provided us with helpful advice on things to see and do around Marrakech. Breakfast is homemade, plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend Riad El Youssoufi and look forward to staying here again soon!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Staff goes the extra mile for your convenience. The riad is an a beautiful neighbourhood. Recommended.
Cons: Sense of moisture in the basement room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The manager Youssef is top class. So kind, friendly and professional. Breakfast was fabulous. Loved every minute of our stay here, especially unwinding on the rooftop.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Cosy atmosphere, very nice room, Marocco style, great breakfast, everyone was very helpful and polite.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at this Riad. The manager on duty Yousef was highly affable and had an immaculate attention to detail — for example we asked for an item change for our second morning's breakfast, and Yousef actually remembered. He was a great pleasure to interact with. The Riad itself is also very quiet, clean, and cool. Also tip for other travelers: you can tell taxi drivers to go to Dar El Bacha (nearby landmark) and then walk to the Riad. From Marrakech train station it shouldn't be more than 10-15 dirhams if they use meter. Pay no more than 20 dirham if they refuse to use the meter. (as of Oct 2021)
Cons: The Riad doesn't have any control over this, but the street leading to it has a bunch of construction going on and is a bit dusty. Presumably this is just temporary.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Traditional riad in great location just off the medina. Our room was lovely and even though the streets are noisy the riad is quiet. there is a beautiful terrace where you can have a drink in the evening. Breakfast every morning was continental and good portions so you are filled up for the day. All staff were great friendly and helpful - our host Youssef really made the stay wonderful, and we had dinner on the riad on the first night which was served on the terrace with candles and rose petals! Overall a lovely stay and I would definitely come back to El Youssoufi when in Marrakesh
Cons: nothing, except maybe the water in the pool could be a little warmer!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything: the hospitality of the staff, the riad itself with its internal courtyard, the room with the rose petals, the rooftop!
Cons: Nothing. I read that the riad was difficult to find, but we received google maps screenshots and pictures in advance and had absolutely no trouble finding it.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: To make it short: The best hotel we have ever been to!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff who manages the Riad is a plus. Rooms are large and confortable bed. Very nice place with rooftop terrace. I would choose again this structure for my future trip.
Cons: Not too easy to find but they had sent me a very clear map I did not eve need Interne to find it.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff, Ayoub and Ferdi, were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location, very close to the souk. The room was also very beautiful! Thank you Ferdi for all the information :) everyone off the staff was very helpful.
Cons: The breakfast was nice but very sweet and a lot of Bread, but that is the traditional way.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, staff, accomodation.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: An oasis in the chaotic medina ( frightening motor bikes and mules and bicycles making walking in the narrow foot paths a hazardous and unpleasant experience, though) The wonderful staff and direction of this attractive address.A very nice rooftop terrace, The luxury of having massage in one's room. The helpfulness of the staff and their flexibility to your requests, in my case special dietary matters for my breakfast
Cons: a bidet, more sound insulation in the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, great staff, great accommodation, great communication- perfect!
Cons: Nothing - a fantastic experience!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A hidden gem and a great get away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. Clean with attentive and friendly staff.
Cons: Loved this place but if I was being picky then a slightly bigger variety for breakfast, a bit of fruit would be great.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: very cozy place and relaxing. we loved the evening atmosphere in the garden with the live oud musician. was perfect! the staff was very welcoming and helpful; the service was very professional and superb.
Cons: the vegetarian tagine and royal couscous were not good and were tasteless. as we've tasted much better in other places. I'm sorry!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: An absolutely unbelievable hotel, the best I have ever stayed in. The staff were so warm and welcoming, the room was amazing, the building was stunning with lots of amazing foliage and birds singing all day… you must stay here if you go to Marrakech. It’s the perfect combo between a old Moroccan style with modern comforts
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything! The rooms, the pool, the food, the people - all excellent. It’s a gorgeous hotel. Fatima and Sumaya were particularly hospitable ☺️
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Peaceful, restful, luxury hotel with a great spa, fabulous gardens, fabulous staff and just a short cab ride from the souks and plenty of stunning reestaurants. Loved every single minute of our stay

Excellent 10.0
Cons: The welcome and helpfulness of the Riad manager Ousama absolutely made our trip, we could not fault anything.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location in the heart of the Medina but beautifully peaceful inside. The manager Oussama greeted us warmly and served tea on the roof terrace and gave us a really detailed map which stood us in good stead for the duration of our stay. The breakfasts (also on the roof terrace) were amazing and very generous. Having read some of the other reviews we decided to have dinner in the Riad one night and I am glad we did because it was sensational. Beija (who also does the breakfasts) is an amazing cook, and prepared one of the best tagines I have ever eaten. We had the room on the ground floor which does not have AC, but it didn't need it (at least in March!). Oussama and Beija were perfect hosts and I hope to meet them again!
Cons: One 'gotcha' (which is not a reflection on the Riad itself): The location shown on the map on Booking.com (and many other booking sites) is incorrect, but the location shown on Google Maps is correct.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We enjoyed the hospitality of the staff. Excellent food, excellent service, exceeding our expectations!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We received a very warm welcome and the staff couldn't do enough for us. I would recommend booking an airport pick up through the riad as we would have struggled to find it otherwise. A beautiful place of tranquility in the heart of Marrakech, just a stones throw from the colourful souks. Would recommend riad herougui.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Osama and the rest of the team were so helpful and friendly and made our stay particularly good. We had a wonderful breakfast every morning sitting on the peaceful roof terrace
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Herougui! We stayed for two nights at the end of a few weeks spent travelling all over Morocco. It was such a treat and the perfect way to finish our holiday. Our room was peaceful with everything we needed and really tastefully decorated. Breakfast was the best of our entire trip- perfect pastries and bread, fruit salad, yoghurt, fresh cheese, honey, conserves, great coffee and mint tea..... we sadly didn't have time to try the dinner in the riad but the smells coming from the kitchen each evening were totally mouth-watering. I hope to be back to sample the full menu next time. Ousamma was very welcoming and helpful when checking us in and out :) We'll be back.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved the riad, the staff was very helpful. Oussama was a great manager, very attentive to our needs. Amazing breakfast with good selection and also we arranged to have one dinner onsite, which was the best meal of our stay.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Beautiful riad, tasteful, traditional decor. Wonderful roof terrace with amazing views. Helpful and friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing.

Good 7.0
Pros: General atmosphere and pool
Cons: worn out tired and little dirty carpets and furnitures crowded breakfast
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Concierge was amazing! They help us plan all our activities with a great guide and personal driver around Marrakech
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The pool was great, although it was getting a bit crowded as the hotel filled up. The room was very good, but pretty standardized. The restaurant - at dinner - was pretty and the food was very good. The best thing was the employees, who were universally great: very helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. All in all, it was a very good property but a pretty standardized one - you didn't really feel like you were in a special, Marrakech place.
Cons: The clay tennis court was dismal - one of the worst and most unpredictable surfaces I have ever played (much worst than you expect from clay). The breakfast was mediocre at EUR 35/person - for example, the breakfast at La Mamounia blows it away for just EUR 6/person more.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Number one in marrakech ❤️❤️
Cons: Perfect
Excellent 10.0
On arrival, we were immediately received with a cup of tea. Since it was the beginning of the evening we immediately made use of the restaurant; delicious eaten (try the 'pastilla' if you are in Morocco!). Fantastic nice and small hotel! Ideal for couples who love luxury in a stone's throw from the city. Beautiful luxury rooms located in a nicer garden with design pool. In the new city of Marrakech, you can enjoy delicious food! We have already been 2 times in early November and it certainly was not the last time! Recommended! Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving the guest the great service that you provide.
Excellent 10.0
This hotel deserves a lot of praise: attentive, genuinely friendly staff. Spacious, clean, well-designed rooms. Great adult pool and large enough for comfortable reading and relaxing. Spectacular greenery and resort layout. The gyms are also very competent for any workout. At night it is very romantic. The only disappointment was the food which we found rather plain and slightly expensive for what it was at $22 a main. We enjoyed eating out at restaurants in the city a lot more and only ate at the hotel when we too tired. Strongly recommend and would love to return. Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving the guest the great service that you provide.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: If you know what a boutique hotel is, then this is the right place for you, a cosy calm nice hotel with refreshing atmosphere and happy polite staff welling to give you the maximum enjoyment out of your stay, small number of guests and very comfortable atmosphere. You will be asked about your selection for the breakfast and you will enjoy it in a nice cosy spot outdoors. the room it self was large, well decorated, clean and tidy with Moroccan spirit and design , facilities are working fine and nothing was missed.
Cons: No free drinking water but I will not deduct any evaluation points for that, still satisfied with everything else : )..
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The name says it all it’s truly a secret garden. I wish I did not have to disclose the name as I am afraid next time we want to book it will be sold out;). What a treat Hivernage sacred garden and suites was. The feeling we got was living at a friends villa with only six rooms, small and cozy pool and garden we felt very tranquil and well rested. The staff was amazing!! Ayoub and Salah were getting out of their way to cater to all of our complicated asks;). Their recommendations for shopping and food were spot on! Great location if you want to party at Hivernage spots and yet come back and totally relax;)! Would definitely recommend this place and go there again myself!
Cons: Some small details could be fixed like curtains not closing completely because they were not attached to the rod properly, the water not draining fast enough. But these things are easily fixed and did not affect our enjoyment of the place;)!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My stay was amazing in this beautiful villa. I received a stunning suite plus an upgrade because it was my birthday the day before. Beds are very comfortable and the breakfast amazing. The staff will make sure that no request is left open. Special thanks to Ayoub that made my stay superb. Anybody can present a nice villa and room but what made my stay at the Hivernage unforgettable was the kindness and expertise from Ayoub! He had great tips for excursions, lead me to must see bars and restaurants and would make sure every entrance into the villa started with a warm welcome back.
Cons: i couldnt stay longer
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff were very helpful indeed, nothing was too much trouble for Ayoub or any of the other staff and they helped plan our time including visiting a lovely Hammam and a camel ride. The location was nice, away from the hustle and bustle but within walking distance. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast (with fresh squeezed orange juice) everyday. We also enjoyed a couple of hours on the roof terrace resting our legs after lots of walking and relaxing in the afternoon sun.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great experience for very nice hotel in fancy area of Marrakesh! If you looking for a bit of relaxation from busy streets, Medina and want to escape on just chilling near the pool- thats your place. Staff was amazing, they helped us a lot with booking Desert experience for us, stored our luggage for these three days while we were on tour even though we havent stayed next night with them. We had breakfast packed for us since we were leaving very early for Merzouga. Absolutely amazing stay!
Cons: Just one minor thing - prices charged for having coffee at the hotel and two bottles of water that we took from room which i would assume should be complimentary (that is based on our experience from other hotels in Morocco) is way too high. I understand that there is not other place to go so it could be whatever cost but still have 15DMAD for 0.5l of water is way too much.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Everything was perfect

Excellent 9.0
Pros: the staff (Hannan) and others
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: no electricity in my room at arrival 6pm Fixed à 10pm Breakfast: crowded, no table, overworked staff
Excellent 8.0
Pros: good
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The hotel was clean. Staff was responsive and attentive. The place smelled great and the decor was fantastic.
Cons: The air conditioner in our room was not working effectively but I did not complain. (Abou Faris Building)The bathroom had a tub that is dated. I think this is only in specific buildings.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our 5 days at the Movenpick Marrakech were absolutely amazing . The hotel is very big and gorgeous as we wanted. We were so happy to wake up there every morning . The pictures on internet do not show all the beauty of it as we were absolutely WOWed by it when we arrived and saw it in real life. It has got a good location, lovely restaurants, 3 pools and a spa . The service was top class. We felt like celebs. The breakfast was really good, big choice and stuff was helpful. I want to thank Nezha at the reception as she was extremely kind and helpful and upgraded us straight away for a lovely room with a terrace and a nice view for my partner’s 30th birthday. We also received a nice cake to our room for the same reason which was lovely. At the SPA I would like to thank Najia for my most relaxing massage and a great pedicure - she made my time at the spa unforgettable. Also huge thank you to Hind for an amazing Hammam experience.
Cons: Just a minor negative thing I would like to mention is that the pool restaurant stops serving food at 6pm and the only place to eat is the Spanish restaurant which is quite pricey. It would be better if they kept serving at least wood fired pizza in the evening. The rooftop bar/lounge was closed and we didn’t really have anywhere to go for a drink ..
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Luxury hotel Pool Water & fruit in room
Cons: Wifi was bad Location
Excellent 9.2
I really enjoyed my stay at the Movenpick. The hotel is beautiful. Very clean and it does not look tired and in need of redecoration, it seemed quite new and fresh looking. It is also in a great location, within 15 minutes of the airport, Menara Mall and Jemma el Fina. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. I would especially like to mention Nezha, who really went above & beyond to make our stay special and memorable. She is a great example of the staff at the hotel and a credit to the Movenpick. I just got back but I'm looking forward to going back already!
Excellent 9.7
Just stayed at this fabulous hotel for two nightsme and my wife. Thursday and Friday. Can't praise ALL the staff enough SPEACILY BOUCHRA AT THE RECEPTIONIST SPA SHE WAS JUST AN AMAZING PERSON WHO HELPS US AND SHOW US EVERYTHING WE NEEDED Extremely helpful and attentive. Rooms very clean. Would recommend this hotel

Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved Rey, handsome cat Everything was clean, the staff was very polite and nice. We will definetely come back here
Cons: The breakfast should've been continental but maybe because Covid we had Moroccan breakfast served by the staff, it didn't bother that much, but we had to eat again after 2 hours.
Excellent 9.0
Cons: Everything was perfect but the food after every meal we weren't feeling well. But other then that it was great
Good 6.0
Pros: Nice rooftop terrace and small swimming pool for when it's really hot. Very nice and welcoming staff!
Cons: The bedroom was very hot to sleep in during the night and the AC although worked didn't allow for a very comfortable sleep.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The location and the most important thing the high class taste of the owner in the decoration and fulfill of big varieties of books all over the counters in very smart way .
Cons: The air conditioning system wasn't working on 2 rooms I tried. Charging me for a small bottle of water should be available in the room.
Good 6.0
Pros: Staff/resaurant workers
Cons: location is not very convenient. Towels are old. AC is directly blowing on bed.
Good 6.7
Pros: The location was really near the airport
Cons: The air conditioning wasn't working
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Good value for money. Fast internet. The guy in the reception was very kind.
Cons: Restaurant staff should be more attentive. The batteries of the remote control were dead, and apparently since a long time.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: clean good value!
Cons: maybe over priced!
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: swimming pool and breakfast
Cons: everything else
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The reception and the pool area were beautiful, and the receptionist was efficient, friendly and helpful. The pool menu was a bit pricey but the quality of the food and the portion sizes made up for it. Also the background music at the pool was great!
Cons: The breakfast service in the morning was a bit stressful and hectic. You depended on the waiters to bring your drinks (coffee, juice etc.) and, as it was busy, you often had to ask them multiple times for the same thing. It would have been easier if even just the juices were self-service. However, the selection on offer at the buffet was excellent.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: facilities and staff are amazing..I would like to thank Hamza working in the restaurant for his excellent assistance and service..
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent hotel, excellent service, hotel location was very good as it was right next to the mall, the hotel provides 3 swimming pools that are spacious, the rooms were excellent and very comfortable, the service at the concierge was excellent they were always happy to help, overall I will rate this hotel a 9/10 I really had a great experience at Savoy and I will with out a doubt come back!
Excellent 9.6

Okay 5.6
We stayed in the Savoy for 3 nights and although it wasn’t all terrible I would not recommend it. The reception and pool are look nice and up to standard but the hotel is opportunistic with their prices that are a little too steep (€5 euro for a coke where you pay €2 at most if you go anywhere else in the neighborhood or city). The rooms are dated and although they are maintained the cleaning crew could do a much better job. Also airconditioning wasn’t working properly and neighboring clubs and lounges can be heard until 05am if you are on the wrong side of the hotel which we where. Locations isn’t great, menara mall and park are close but you will need a 30-40 min walk or cab to get to other places. On leaving we where charged about €18 euro for taxes that where clearly included in the booking but we couldn’t get our credit card deposit released until we paid. All in all this is a big sized 3 star hotel that in its glory days maybe would have been a 4 or 5 star hotel.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Breakfast (included) exceeded expectations. Upgraded to a suite, beautiful & spacious Gorgeous huge pool area Beautiful lobby
Cons: Service wasn't quite where it should be for a Hotel of this caliber. I was told after several transfers that making an outside local call wasn't possible, yet Front desk told me it was!? Bar service at pool extremely slow at first, + 500 MAD ($69 CDN) for a 1.5 liter of sangria is ridiculously overpriced (& was very weak)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very friendly staff
Cons: Noisy neighbors
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel is luxurious, the room was spacious clean and comfortable. Toilet and shower were spacious and luxurious. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was one of a kind, many varieties and delicious things were available. The hote has several swimming pools including one huge indoor. Large gem lounge was also available.
Cons: Noise can be heard from next room, walls need more insulation.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: This is a nice hotel in a good location. Nice pool area and conveniently located. Comfy beds and nice rooms.
Cons: I was very upset about how I was treated initially when I turned up with a Moroccan friend. He was treated appallingly as a second class citizen. He essentially wasn't allowed in the hotel. Also I had to request a room change as the first one was so noisy from a nearby nightby nightclub.

Good 6.0
Pros: Rooms are clean and comfortable. Everything is working just fine.
Cons: The rooms require a serious lifting as furniture, floor and walls are quite old.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location of the hotel is 25 min by foot from Gueliz and Jamaa El Fna. The hotel has all the facilities required and is surrounded by big gardens :) I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants peace of mind without being to far from the medina.
Cons: Rooms need a bit of modernisation in the furniture - refreshment.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff, food, facilities
Cons: Busy road

Nice hotel and good location just apposition to Minara mall and Restaurants. Rooms not up to standard. Very old type floor tiles and in bathroom need to be deep cleaning. Doors very ordinary and no tea coffee making facilities but Breakfast was very good. All the staff very nice specially Youssef at reception.

Pros: very polite staff and really good service. I enjoyed the breakfast and they helped me with everything I needed. The breakfast was more than I could eat and the bed and the bedsheets were all new, clean and very good.
Cons: The room itself was tired looking. the furniture (except for the bed which was good) everything else looked old, scratched and somewhat as I say showing its age. This was not a problem, however the towels were all old and almost shredding. They were clean, but not shiny white. These must have been the original towels from when the hotel was inaugurated. I think if they change the towels and provide you with new towels, it would make a huge differen.ce
Excellent 10.0
hotel and staff very good we had room above there night club was not bad at all the rooms could do with a facelift but thats all great food and service down at the poolside bar David 2208
Excellent 9.2
We only stayed here for a couple hours as we had to go to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helped us book a taxi. The breakfast buffet was also good enough. It is across the Marrakesh railway station. They have a huge pool too. By the way, this hotel is like a sister hotel to Opera hotel or something.
Excellent 9.6
Was greeted at door. Reception very welcoming and efficient. Room was clean and spacious. Great balcony . Was really quiet inside considering the busy area outside. Was woken in morning and taxi organized for airport. Only 1 night stay but could fi d no fault.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: The city was very friendly Breakfast was delicious the staff was friendly and warm
Good 7.9
Pros: I had multiple experience staying in this facility for one or two nights on my regular visits to Atlas mountain, the staff are kind and friendly compared to other hotels I experienced in Marrakech and it has a premium location just few steps away from the train station
Cons: I suggest to offer choice of pillows considering different styles and keep a drinking water in the room specially when checking in late night where there is no shop opened
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Staff, location, value!
Cons: Gym could have had more up-to date machines
Good 6.3
Pros: Inside Design of the hotel
Cons: I didn't like a bed and bed-cover quality
Okay 5.4
Pros: Only the location was v good in this hotel.
Cons: Mattress was old. Music in the morning in the swimming pool, annoying me. Room service.
Excellent 10.0
This hotel is located near Marrakech train station (3 minutes walk only). It is located in Gueliz district, which is the most interesting and lively area of the city. It has been an excellent experience for us ! The hotel has an atypical form. It has a circular shape, reminiscent of the famous Riad of Marrakech. With a small shower of modernity with its decoration. We were 5 people and took two connecting rooms. The rooms are a little big and especially the two had a view of the hotel pool. The breakfast was nice (buffet at will). The restaurant is also interesting and we went there several times. At lunch, it is always empty. But in the evening, it's filled with people. As Marrakech is a very hot city in summer (it was horrible for us!), People are used to going out at night. As a result, the restaurant was convenient for resting at night, especially since it has a facade on its outdoor garden, which allows to enjoy the mild climate at night and to contemplate the avenue. By cons, if you want to go to Jamaa-El-Fna or other famous places, you have to take a taxi which can be expensive! Maybe more choices for the breakfast. And a lower price for the restaurant (2 ¬ for tea), it's expensive compared to other prices that you can find in the city). Except that, I don't have any additional recommendation
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Pool, good breakfast, centrally located in New Town, close to shops, and also not too far from Medina.
Okay 4.8
Pros: People are friendly but the management is terrible!
Cons: When I checked in it was several items missing, or not working in the room starting from missing light,tv has 3 local Chanels the rest of Chanel's no signal,& heat,( set as AC) only,to the hot water in the shower on & off beside a broken fridge that takes them three days to be fixed! The only reason why I stayed is I was not staying I used the room just to sleep!!! The day I checked in was at 1am! Which is Tuesday, since then I usually stay from 1 to 9 or 10 am & I leave!
Okay 5.4
Pros: The view was amazing , the location was near to every thing ( supermarket, train station, restaurants ) I like the spa and the girls there was so nice
Cons: Breakfast was poor , swimmin pool is bad , parking is to small to get in or out , and reception guy was rude has no respect for a certain clientele , Internet sucks
