The price is unbeatable Wifi strong when not everyone using it Lot of things going on Very central and close to everything

-Very noisy, parties up to 2 in the morning every night -Some of the staff are lazy and unmotivated as -barely any space to put your things in the room and the private bathrooms in the rooms are the tiniest! -they used plastic cutlery for about 3 weeks (what a shame!) and still use plastic cups -no lockers in the rooms and the few lockers at the reception cost money everday and are full all the time

Kitchen is good enough, plenty of spaces, big fridge, full facilities and hygienic 1-time usable cups. 2 lifts, usually takes a bit long to wait but waiting time is acceptable most of the time.

Staffs are always busy. It takes long time to wait for them all the times. Checkin time is only after 14:00. And usually takes 1-2hours for being in a line and checking in. Why not have sufficient staffs at peak hours (checkin, checkout time)? Limited hair dryers, only 2 for the whole hostel, no restricted time slots each usage. $5 for bag storage for a few hours. Costs more for a day. No silence time after 23:00, thus people partying till early morning. Dining table is not so clean, it’s dirty all the times. I paid for 10-pax room for a week, but there are always 11 people in my room, since there is a couple sharing the same bed with no name tags and having intimate time together. I let the receptionists know but they did nothing. Bag storage in each room is inconvenient, not big enough. Everybody put their bags everywhere on the floors.

Just the location was good. Apart from that nothing else is appreciable.

Staff was rude. The hostel is big but very unorganised. I will not recommend this hostel to anyone.
