Pros (+) The lobby had a great feel to it and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had a great view.
Cons (-) There was a bit of construction in the area but didn't affect our experience to much.

Cons (-) Internet was advertised as with price inclusion, however extra fees applied. Staff at "37" lacked hospitality training. Couldn't order a meal for an hour, was ignored so I went up to my room instead.
