Cons:I was going to visit Honduras for 3 days (leaving Wednesday afternoon and returning Sunday morning) After not boarding plane before scheduled departure we were eventually informed there was delay then after an hour Avianca said flight was canceled. Their plan was to put us in a hotel overnight and leave the next day at 6pm. When I informed Avianca that I would not be able to conduct my business because of the lost day, they didn't want to refund my money. I wanted a voucher for a flight to Honduras in the future or a refund, Avianca didn't want to take care of me as a customer.
