Pros (+) This is a great, roomy and gracious hotel at an amazing price...and loved R.I.!
Cons (-) Nothing really, it was great...
Pros (+) The rooms were quite large, but our "King suite" had a king bed on the far side of a half wall and a double bed on the near side. There was a refrigerator and microwave by the double bed. The bathroom was clean, but the finishes were dated.
Cons (-) Only one elevator -- which was inoperable for one evening there. The hotel next door is more money, but has better amenities and the suites are much nicer.
Cons (-) Shabby. Poorly maintrained 'cottages'. Felt dirty.

I requested a different room and the lady at the desk informed me we were blocked in but not to worry, the lobby doesnt get a lot of traffic and is quiet. I can assure you this is not the case.
