Hotel was reasonably priced. The pool and fitness center were great! The cleanliness of the room was okay. The rooms are outdated and a little more rundown than I was expecting. The staff was sometimes helpful and friendly and sometimes not, it depended on who was working. When we had a maintenance issue, they were super quick to fix it.

Pros (+) Housekeeping was great and any requests were responded to immediately, staff was very friendly, walking distance to restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, shopping.
Cons (-) Air conditioner made a loud clicking sound that went on for several minutes whenever it kicked on which kept waking us up.

Pros (+) Great value for money (<$100 per night) given the AirBNB alternatives. Lunch and breakfast spots are a 5-15 minutes walk, which may or may not be a lot. The heater issues seemed to be addressed by instructions on the Front Desk. Would come back given the price.
Cons (-) There is construction going on in the larger area affecting multiple properties but not really a lot. That said, it seems things are a bit slower.

Pros (+) My room was very quiet, staff was friendly, exciting location downtown close to fun bars, covered parking, hotel is less expensive than other downtown hotels, and I needed a wine bottle opener and was given one at no charge.
