Cons:Responsive staff ie there were people with an open bottle drinking when I got back from dinner. The staff would not call the police. It’s told I could call the police

Pros:The breakfast was excellent as was the room. The hotel itself is quite stunning.
Cons:The staff was as unfriendly and the server, Abraham, was very rude. We came at the end and his annoyance was clear. The front desk incorrectly checked me in and didn’t save my card properly. When I inquired about the issue, she was very rude and indicated the problem happened due to a third party and tried to make me feel inferior because I didn’t book directly through the hotel. The front desk agents were not friendly. There was only one agent who was friendly. He was very warm.

Pros:We were so happy with our stay at The Westin in Minneapolis! We arrived at the hotel early on the morning of our stay, and the hotel sent us a text when we were on our way and promptly made sure a room was ready for us (hours before check-in!) and also sent us instructions on parking options in the area. We also got an upgraded room, which we weren’t expecting. The lobby area is extremely comfortable, with a lot of various seating options, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We’d love to stay here again!

Pros:Comfortable bed and clean room
Cons:The TV and most of the lights didn't work. I called the front desk twice and both times they said they were sending a tech to fix it. No one showed up. I then walked down to the front desk and asked, they said there were sending someone up. No one every showed up. Had to watch football game at the bar.
