Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access downtown attractions and points of interest. Cleanliness was frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, with many guests describing rooms and common areas as clean and well-maintained. Comfortable beds were also highlighted as a strong point, contributing to a restful stay. However, several guests reported negative experiences with service, particularly with front desk and valet staff, and felt that the hotel did not offer good value for the price due to unexpected fees and outdated room features.

When I called hotels.com they did refund me the extra money that I paid to get a king bed. i was disappointed that I did not get a king b...
