The facilities at the hotel were really good, especially for families with children. The food was excellent and a good choice of restaurants.
I was like nature of hotel.
We had a fantastic stay at the Delphin Botanik. We weren't too sure what to expect from an all-inclusive resort, so we were very impressed with what we saw. The rooms of the hotel are small, but to be honest we only stayed in the rooms to shower, change and sleep, other than that we were out and about in the hotel. We booked three nights at the hotel, and during our time there we never left the hotel as there was so much to do. The amount of food on offer was unbelievable, we expected a breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet but we got significantly more than that. In addition to the buffets there are continuous stations that serve up anything from beef burgers, jacket potatoes, cakes, ice cream, etc, etc. It was a great stay!!
This is petty, but the only thing that we would change are that not many of the staff speak English. Most of the guests are German or Russian, so these languages were spoken by all, but the staff that spoke English were few and far between. We did get what we wanted, it just sometimes took some time to explain!
