Pros:I liked the food. And a very smooth flight on my way Back.
Cons:The planes were old. Not many space between seats.

Cons:They do not offer the service to carry pets below the plane. They charge for checked baggage and they charge a lot to carry a pet into the cabin.
Pros:Planes were clean, and staff was nice, but disorganized.
Cons:The flights looked extremely appealing when flying from St Maarten to Miami as the layover time was very short in DR (45 min) and the price was half of AA's. PAWA cancelled the short layover flights both ways with no notification and replaced with a 5 hr layover to MIA and a 4 hr layover coming back! If we hadn't checked to find out the flight coming back was cancelled, we would have missed our connection and been delayed overnight in the DR! I will also never use Kayak's 3rd party agent Justfly.com again, as they were no help whatsoever in getting the flights changed. We had to make the changes at the airport. Never again!
Pros:The good was amazing n keeping that dominican flavor is good, in addition to keeping old Schöll aviation in place helps pawa standbout
Cons:The airplane are too old they smell old, no entertainment , the boarding process was a mess there was no orginzation and the flight was delayed and no communication , just didn't see any sense of urgency from the gate crew(7) of them
Pros:The food was good. We boarded quickly and arrived early. Staff was very nice.
Cons:Airplane does not have much leg room, however it was a quick flight so it was bearable.
Pros:All of my flight legs on PAWA were "on time" no major delays. Food and drinks are offered on board with flights from Miami to DR.
Cons:The planes are old! The tray table in front of me was broken, and very little leg room. No entertainment on board, bring your own.
