Pros: The restaurant downstairs was delicious and very well priced. The room was spacious and beds very comfy. Movies and Fox Footy at the press of a button after a day of exploring Perth just capped it off perfectly

Pros: The King bed was really comfortable and the first floor guest lounge was a real peaceful roomy haven to relax and enjoy reading to have a coffee or drink watch TV or use the internet.
Cons: If I had to complain about anything ... there was a huge difference in the abilities of the various overnight staff to make a good cup of coffee at reception in the restaurant.

Pros: Great location with nice views of the river; they upgraded us from club room to very spacious club suite; nice club amenities.
Cons: Concierges were completely incompetent--gave wrong info re: directions and travel times multiple time making my husband arrive too early/too late for several meetings. Bad smell of moldy carpet on the club floor; furniture uncomfortable and worn--looks like it hasn't been updated since the 1970's. Not what I would expect from a Pan Pacific Hotel

Cons: Although the price we paid was reasonable, we felt the room was in definite need of renovation and up-dating. The wooden dresser and night tables were worn and not very attractive.

Cons: Room overlooked carpark and very noisy throughout the night. Free upgrade offered on our next stay though to compensate. But who would go back to a hotel where you can't get a decent nights sleep??

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly, and I have to say that the staff at the bar were entertaining and freindly.
Cons: I am five dauys out from leaving there and I still have holds on my Visa card even though my bill was paid in full when I left . Initially I had two holds that equaled my full stay of $2800 plus the payment in full. Even now one business week later I have roughly $1400 in holds on my card. That is quite a lot of money to tie up.

Pros: Rooms are modern and clean. Staff are cheerful and very helpful.
Cons: Have stayed three times in Perth and this has been the best hotel for us. Modern, clean and comfortable room in a very central location. Just wish there had been a separate hotel bar . Plenty of eating and drinking facilities nearby, but they were a bit rowdy at times.
