Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it easy to access local attractions and parking. Cleanliness was also highlighted positively in several reviews, especially regarding the rooms and bedding. However, there were frequent complaints about the poor condition of the property, unhelpful or rude staff, and amenities such as the pool being closed or not as advertised. Some guests found the beds comfortable, but opinions varied. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stood out as positives, the hotel received criticism for service and maintenance issues.

Service is always great. The only real complaint is more of an inconvenience. The hotel has switched from satellite tv to a streaming service that kinda sucked. They don’t have the internet band width that allows you to watch tv without buffering every 10 minutes. Then got annoying quickly.
