This is pretty much a budget hotel in a GREAT location. For the price, it'a hard to beat. The staff is friendly and helpful. Easy access to restaurants and public transit.

Pros (+) This hotel was right on the red line next to the convention center. With this location, it was easy to see where I could travel and head back to the airport. Excellent service!

Pros (+) The room is nice and clean. The hotel has an old feel to it.
Cons (-) Checkout was at 12pm. We decided to get breakfast before checking out at 8am. When we came back they has already started cleaning. I needed to use the bathroom and when I walked in everything was half cleaned and wet everywhere still. So disappointed with this. As I went to the bathroom the cleaning guy still proceeded to clean the room while my friend waited in the hallway. Weirdest experience ev...

Pros (+) The beds were super comfy, room was spacious, heater worked well and the staff were friendly. Location was perfect for us in walking distance to the moda centre, lloyd centre and the city train had a stop right out the front
