Cons:We were charged 220 euros for baggage which was not disclosed at the time we booked the reservation. Very bad!

Cons:A/C not cool enough. Sweated the whole flight. Roughest touchdown for Landing I've had in years.

Cons:Connecting time was supposed to be 3 hours and then the flight to Toulouse was late leaving Lisbon, making the trip from Sevilla to Toulouse 7 hours from takeoff to landing, never mind the check in time and baggage reclaim. But otherwise very satisfied with TAP.

Pros:The crew was very nice. Even though I didn’t choose to select seats, our family was put in the same row. Thank you.
Cons:There were 2 delays for our flight to Florence, which meant time was taken away from our family vacation

Cons:I missed my flight originating in lisbon because my incoming flight from the US (Philadelphia to Lisbon on American Airlines) was late to Lisbon. I called TAP customer service And they told me "Sorry, no changes, you have to buy a new ticket." So I did, for another $250. Then when I arrived to Lisbon and was checking in to my new flight to Barcelona, the TAP ticket agent asked why I bought a new flight? That TAP would have made the change because the reason for missing my original flight was beyond my control." But of course they wouldn't refund either flight so I got to pay double. Terrible customer service from TAP.
