Pros:Nice new plane
Cons:I missed my flight originating in lisbon because my incoming flight from the US (Philadelphia to Lisbon on American Airlines) was late to Lisbon. I called TAP customer service And they told me "Sorry, no changes, you have to buy a new ticket." So I did, for another $250. Then when I arrived to Lisbon and was checking in to my new flight to Barcelona, the TAP ticket agent asked why I bought a new flight? That TAP would have made the change because the reason for missing my original flight was beyond my control." But of course they wouldn't refund either flight so I got to pay double. Terrible customer service from TAP.
