Pros (+) Grounds / landscaping was good. Access to private beach was good. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful (Y-Jay in particular!)
Cons (-) There was no internet / wifi during our entire stay. We paid nearly $700 a night and internet was advertised as basic service. The Staff told us the whole island was affected. Not true. Wherever else we went had internet. Worse even, we found a roach in our room. The person who was sent over to kill the roach tried to tell us that it was because we left our room door open. Not so.
