Pros:Flight was on time.
Cons:It was a small commuter plane. My carry on suitcase did not fit in the overhead compartment. The flight attendant was not helpful when I asked if I can check my bag since it did not fit. Another attendant put it in the back of the plane for me. The plane did not park at the jet way. Had to walk down stairs to the ground, then walk up the stairs to the plane. Served tea and coffee only. Other drinks and food can be purchased. It was only an hour flight.

Pros:Average commuter hop flight.
Cons:This was the last leg on a flight from the other side of the world. Luggage was with me until Copenhagen it seems... Then SAS didn't make the transfer for Aalborg. Two other fellow passengers were also at the service desk. Hmm. Got it back 24hrs later but put a significant dint in the plans. Seems SAS are only rigged for 'self drop'.
