Pros (+) My girlfriend and I loved staying here! We both liked the pools and the beachfront. We stayed during a quieter time in the season, so it didn’t feel crazy busy. We are considering coming back soon and would definitely consider staying here again.
Cons (-) The rooms were a little dated. We also required a microwave which we were told was an extra $5 a night. I’ve never had to pay for a microwave in my hotel before, so I thought that was a little bizarre but not the worst thing in the world.

Pros (+) Nothing.
Cons (-) As soon as you step out of the car, your nose is filled with the smell of rancid eggs. The hotel room is just the same. If you want to go anywhere, you will have to drive a good ways. The rooms walls were covered in stains, and the rooms were terrible.

Pros (+) The hotel was close to a party venue I was attending. I knew it would be a late night, so I didn't want to drive all the way home. My room was ready, when I arrived, and clean. The staff was very nice and welcoming.
Cons (-) It's not a fancy hotel, but I wasn't looking for that. It's an older facility, with the typical musty Florida smell. I didn't check out the pool, the beach bar, or the restaurant onsite, so I can't speak to those.

Pros (+) The safe in the room , the frig, I was able to put my medication in it and not worry the rest of my stay. The staff was very cordial. The restaurant on the marina was good and so was the service. Location was easy as well. We will be back. ty :)
Cons (-) I would of liked a microwave in the room for a late night snack. (popcorn). Water bottles a little pricey $1.89 each.

Pros (+) Great to have marina available for our boat.
Cons (-) We were there for 3 days and 2 of the 3 mornings we had no hot water. Rooms could be much cleaner and linens didn't feel clean. Stains present on linens.

Cons (-) Shortly after check-in a maintenance man came in unannounced and started working on the toilet while my wife and I were trying to relax; he kept leaving and coming back because his manager kept calling him away. Pros (+) Location good, staff very helpful. Wifi worked well.
Cons (-) The room was very damp and smelled like it hadn't been used in awhile. Blow dryer in room did not work and looked as thought it had burned up way before my stay. No extra blow dryers to use. The restaurant was not open for coffee in the early morning before my departure and, although there was a coffeemaker provided in the room, the coffee was really bitter.
