Access for guests The prestigious three-room apartment is located on the second floor and consists of: living room with fully equipped kitchenette, sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms with shower. It is characterised by a modern and detailed furnishing and a splendid swimming pool, shared with the other units. Private parking is available for our guests within the property. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, heating, safe, LCD TV, satellite antenna, wi-fi internet connection and dishwasher. The charming flat is ideal for families with children, but also for those who wish to enjoy the charm of our Lake in complete relaxation. The apartment is available both in the summer period, being equipped with air conditioning, and in the winter period, being equipped with heating. The flat will be sanitized with alcohol and chlorine-based products as required by the DPCM, respecting the anti-COVID guidelines and protocols dictated by the state. In addition, at each new arrival, a CERTIFIED SANITIZATION will be carried out with an ozone generator which inactivates the virus and bacilli by 99.9%.
