Pros (+) Staff was nice.
Cons (-) Lumpy mattress, bugs in the room (bed bugs? I don't know), smoke detector removed, missing strips of moulding, paper thin walls, noisy AC. But hey, it's a small fortune nightly and it's San Francisco, so whatever. I guess this is what you get.
