Pros (+) Hotel was clean, remodeled. Pool was a lot of fun
Cons (-) Heater made a really loud noise in the middle of the night and woke up our little one. Only way to get it off was to turn the heater off. Woke up to the room being 51 degrees. Staff didn’t seem to care too much

Pros (+) The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The hotel was not ready. It's in the middle of a renovation and you can tell they are trying to hold on to the 3 star rating; which it is not right now. I rarely provide reviews but i can tell you they are trying to be a nicer hotel but they just aren't there. For example, one of the party forgot a toothbrush and almost all other hotels i stay in offer a complimentary one. This hotel told us it's ...

Cons (-) No air conditioning - only the fan was working. It was doable so I didn't complain until I checked out. They were very appologetic and seemed anxious to get it fixed.
