Pros (+) Convenient beds were comfortable clean nice view of river. Several restaurants to choose from.
Cons (-) NOT HOTELS FAULT But if you stay here bring bubble bath or bath bombs and bottled water to drink. The Shreveport city water smells like it was pumped straight out of the Red River. It stinks very bad. Had to use bubble bath to kill the smell.

Pros (+) Check in was quick and very professional. Offered suggestions for our stay. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Bathroom had a shower separat from tub
Cons (-) 18 story hotel, one functioning elevator made checkout a nightmare. two queen been for four adults lots of room, unfortunately two sets of towels. Housekeeping never brought us extra towels

Pros (+) I liked the look of the facility upon arrival. Once entering the room; that quickly changed. The room needed a lot of attention. The place had a lot of potential, but was poorly cleaned.
Cons (-) The place wasn’t clean right...hair on the bathroom floor, toilet not cleaned. The corners of the place looked nasty.

Pros (+) Clean riverview room! Super comfy beds. Short walk to Blind Tiger restaurant (must go!) Casino was generous! (Results may vary. LoL) Staff was nice and helpful. Overall GREAT!
Cons (-) No pharmacy nearby. Would have bought hypoallergenic soap and other toiletries from gift shop if they had it. My fault for having sensitive skin.
