The car was new and ran well, but needed windshield wipers. Pick up and drop off were a little challenging with poor signage for the lots.

When we arrived, we learned our pre-paid reservation had been cancelled without notice. The friendly woman at the counter fixed it for us, but upon returning the car, the bill was about €60 more than what had been arranged. We have to wait a few weeks for the original payment to be refunded. Annoying to have to spend the extra time figuring out the additional charges and getting refunded.

The girls at pick up were lovely. Only thing is at drop off the guy was new and could not answer any of our questions and even kept asking us what we should do next. (For example do we have to go to the front desk or can we leave since he inspected the car and we gave him the keys)

We picked this up on 10/6 in the late evening with the sole purpose of a day trip on the 10/7th. On the 7th we started having issues with the car and it gave us an engine malfunction error code within 5 minutes of driving. We were unable to restart the car for some period and eventually made it back to the enterprise location. We ended up having to cancel our day trip and had to eat the tickets for multiple locations that day due to this car malfunction, not to mention that this day trip was the sole reason of visiting Croatia. By the time we had made it to enterprise and they had opened in the morning, it was too late to make it to our scheduled events of the day.

Pickup from AKL was confusing, drop off was not at the terminal but at the pickup area. Car collection was complicated by the software they insisted I use not working on the terminal they assigned me (worked on other terminal). Received an email the following day requesting additional documentation which by then was impossible to supply. Address listed on the invoice I received was not the physical location of the car depot.

well, the car we originally booked in for was unavailable! A nother car was made available, however not the one we booked! Also, on your website, there is a notice of no surcharge on credit cards, get to office and there is a 3.9 % surcharge on credit cards, Very POOR

The car I booked was old and I didn’t felt comfortable driving it, so was able to upgrade for a newer model with integrated gps. However the reverse camera wasn’t working making parking a little bit harder. Plus there were no sensors anywhere nor had it cruise control. It did have a camera to record movement and driving which was nice to have. The customer service was great and very helpful.

They pushed me very hard to buy an insurance. I rejected saying I bought it from your company. Then they took $2000 deposit in lieu of the insurance. I have returned the car on tine without any damage ( I took photos) . I returned the car very early in the morning before they were open because of my flight schedule. I am afraid how long it would take to get the deposit back . Help !

We were told that we needed to buy the extra Sunpass because Miami is full of tolls. We described where we would drive for 3 days and were told there would be lots of tolls on those roads. In the end, we only went through two tolls and paid over $60 extra for a sunpass we hardly used. It would have been better off to pay separately. Additionally, we were charged an extra 3rd party liability insurance fee and were told we could not rent the car without it. I did some research later and could not find that this is a requirement. I feel like what started out as a good deal through KAYAK ended up costing us another $200 in the end.

Do not book with them. It’s not $4/day. When I booked it said $40 total and I got there and it ended up being $140. They scam you and make you purchase extra property damage insurance because that’s their business model. Most people only have property damage up to 100k and they require 300k and make you pay for it when you get there (which is 2 shuttles away from the airport). It’s very misleading and most of the bigger rental places only ask for collision insurance so I would have just gone there if I had known the actual cost.

When I arrived to pick up the car nobody was there to explain where it was. Upon receiving the car there was a crack in the windshield and a missing Nissan logo on the front of the car. When returning the car I gassed it less than a mile away (completely full). Got a message saying the car was short 3 gallons and I would be charged the refueling which was a scam

I booked full size SUV- picture showed Toyota RAV4 or similar. I received Honda hhrv which is a super small SUV. When we pulled next to Toyota rav4 it was half the size. And the Honda they brought to us was super dirty inside and out. On the advertisement, it says they only provide clean/washed car. That’s not true. The car seemed like it just got back from off-roading. Return was simple. But there is still hold on my credit card after a week. The only good thing about this car rental - was the employee who checked us in. He was kind. And I bet he felt really badly after he brought the dirtiest car on the lot, I tipped him.
