The rooms have no free water. No USB ports. Pool and hot tub need some updating. Room cleaners are great - very cean rooms. Nice stay, but not five stars.

The overall rate is low because of couple of points. My experience was as below, We had out of hand circumstances which forced us to come one day late, I understand that the hotel won't give us any compensation, but something would be appreciated and win us to come again in the future. The room value is a bit above average, but maybe the location is the reason for high price. There no free parking...

Pros (+) I liked how clean the facilities were, how helpful the staff was, and how modern the whole place appeared. Also, it was a 4-minute walk from the Wynyard train station, making it very convenient to get around time.
