Location, location, location!, generous size room, modern bathroom, our room was clean and tidy, extremely helpful, pleasant and friendly staff - they attended to our every need efficiently and with no fuss, value for money, delicious breakfast with an extensive array of food, disability rooms available for my elderly relatives a big plus.
I found our mattress a little too soft but I still had a reasonable sleep, the room was too hot at night and we were unable to adjust the temperature - we did not ring for assistance regarding this matter so I don't know if there was an easy remedy to this problem, there may have been. The parking price was expensive considering it was over a weekend, but we paid the price and it was very convenient.
Tesla charger in the garage
Porter too pushy re valet parking
