Wi-Fi did not work in room away from door: Frequent problems connecting and repeated disconnections. Wi-Fi is essential for me, so that is a deal-breaker.

Pros (+) The place was incredibly well located - less than 10 minutes walk from Town Hall and 5 minutes from World Square. Museum Station is two streets away, making it easy to get to the airport.
Cons (-) Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired with only two days of our six day stay having a proper housekeeping service. The bathroom felt dirty with tiles unsealed and coming off, and small sand flies on the ceiling. Some of the hotel staff are incredibly friendly, but there are some that do the night hours who have attitude problems.

Pros (+) Comfortable and clean, this room has everything you need in a compact space. Very comfortable bed. Good location and value.
Cons (-) The noise insulation could be better. At about 5am, the closing of doors in the corridor started to wake me up intermittently.

Pros (+) Stayed the night here in order to get to the airport for a morning flight. The room was clean, staff was friendly. Overall a good place to stay. Would definitely stay again.
Cons (-) Like others have said, free wifi is a joke. Was able to download my email and that was it. Also, the elevators were pretty slow in the morning.
