More choices in cars. Ordered a small suv and got something bigger, did not want a big car since parking in Germany is difficult. The suv was a great car but not what I wanted.5.6 Fair

No ticking off the list with the current state of the car at check-in No one to introduce the car to me and to explain what's what and how to handle this and that Three young male employees standing next to me as I tried to load the car with my luggage, none of them tried to help or to facilitate this process, they were just smoking and looking No one asking "where are you going" and trying to help us get on track from the middle of the city before I could get the Google map info ready The extra car insurance is not market conform, it is far too expensive Dr. Hans Volker Wolf, Goethe Institute and University (UM) at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia2.0 Poor
